Little bit of loud noise from the trains passing but nothing major.

Very clean hotel, great location. Rooms was very spacious and views of the beautiful river Tyne were amazing.

Room overlooked the hotel nextdoor, removing all privacy. French doors couldn't be opened due to the height which left the room feeling quite stuffy. No real view of the river (which is why we stay here).

One hand towel in the room for two people. Complimentary water in the room, only 1 spring and 1 still for 2 people. Having to pay for the hotel car park which I feel should be free when staying at the hotel. Some of the areas deco needs some attention ie round the bar and paint work in our room.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, and very fresh. All staff gave very good service and were very helpful. Professional and friendly. The young man Reece, in the bar, nothing was too much trouble. Location was great for city and our room overlooking the river.

The fridge in my room was .located right beside the bed. This meant that everytime it's motor came on my sleep was interrupted. It should be relocated.

nothing not to like at all everything is very well run in this hotel from the staff at check in to the bar staff at night time to the staff at breakfast they can't do enough for you ,

you can check in on line so all your details the hotel have you just need to pick up your key card when you arrive . The staff were really friendly and helpful . When we arrived the hotel was full as it was a bank holiday weekend and they had upgraded us to a suite which was a wonderful room and a lovely surprise. Breakfast was also very good at the hotel and parking is plenty would stay here again

The water in the shower was not very hot and the bathtub was very shallow.

The room was spacious and comfy, with a beautiful view of the river, a very comfortable bed and lots of hanging space. The rooms were quiet even if the lobby was very busy. The staff were kind and helpful.

Breakfast expensive, Bathroom quite worn but clean, Traffic jams since they are rebuilding the bridge nearby.

Breakfast OK, not great, but definitely not bad. Big room, big TV, good view over the river, bed OK. Nice location on the Quayside.

You couldn't get a coffee until the bar opened at 12 noon! Not very hopsitable.

The hotel decor was a bit tired but it was very clean and our room was large and airy, probably because we had paid extra for a club room. Location was excellent for exploring the city.

I contacted the hotel to check the parking and was told there was no height limit. When I got there it's a multistorey and definitely had a height restriction.

Outside seats need to be cleaned so visitors can relax in the sun.

All rooms are river view. Lifts arrive quickly. Easy parking. Location is perfect.

The traffic light card system for servicing rooms. The default for any hotel should be to service your room unless you put a sign out asking not to. Here, if you forget to put a sign out, your room does not get serviced.

The room was spacious with a good view of the river & bridges. It was close to other restaurants & bars and had on-site parking. Breakfast was good.
