Bed was a little springy and got a bad back from it but was good for 1 night, food was a little expensive for what you got, but cannot complain as it was lovely.

The view, was amazing, and internet worked very well.

The only minor quibble would be that the room was very warm in the night until I dared turn the radiator off, having discovered that if you open a window you can hear the sound of the traffic on the M4 nearby. Oh, and the very stripey carpets are not good for people with sensitive eyesight/astigmatism etc. I'd recarpet next time round with something a bit 'quieter'!

Good breakfast, friendly staff, very handy for the Crematorium for my father's ash scattering. Pleasant grounds, easy parking. The windows keep out the sound of the nearby motorway traffic.

We were a quite a distance from city centre but this was due to the event we were attending at the principality stadium and the taxi's were very expensive.

Everything was great. Beautiful Hotel with great surroundings. Breakfast was very good. Hotel and bedroom were very clean and tidy. Lovely bathroom and shower.

Fabulous place wish we could of stayed longer. Lovely people, location and hotel. Faultless we both loved our stay, we would definitely go back and recommend to our friends.

Had to turn on the radiator in my room and the towel rail in the bathroom, but minor points really.

Lovely old-fashioned feel, and the staff were absolutely lovely. The dinner we had was very good indeed and very good for the price. Breakfast also excellent. They were also very happy for my family to pop in for tea and Welsh cakes after we'd been to a funeral. If I'm back in Cardiff again one day I'll definitely stay here.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The hotel was having a very busy weekend which just go to show what a popular venue it is.

The food at every meal was delicious. My compliments to the chef. The bed in my room was very comfortable. I would just mention that the blanket box at the bottom of the bed got in the way on occasions and was perhaps not needed in that type of room.

Absolutely amazing family run hotel .owners and staff so accommodating and friendly . I was staying there after surgery nearby and did not have to leave my room for meals which were delivered to my room with a smile.had room with a balcony so was able to get out there for fresh air ect. Food it really good with good quality produce used. A deffo must stay again hotel.
