There could have been some more closet space ideally. There are only 6 beach beds by the pool. So, if you wan to hang out by the pool, save your spots early. Not much else to complain about. Really.

The staff was amazing. They are always smiling and helping, welcoming. They provide shuttles 3 times a day so the location is both secluded and convenient at the same time. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean.

Absolutely stunning resort. Perfect in every way. It’s the most relaxing way to spend a few days with the best staff you could ask for. The views are mind blowing the rooms so beautiful with Balinese touches throughout. The food, always so fresh, was fantastic. We were so sad to leave GK Bali. Cannot recommend this small resort highly enough.

Spa area needs to be renovated. Although massage was good, premisas doesnt make feel even better. Rooms and bathroom are not so fresh any more.

People working in the hotel are the most nicest persons. They will do everything for tourists to feel the best. Also has fluent english. View from pool is breathtaking.

The only thing that we did not like was that the air-conditioning was oriented towards the bed but it is not as warm as other places in Bali so maybe not everyone needs it during the night.

The stuff extraordinary nice and helpfull. The view was amazing. The rooms were very nice and clean. The pool was very fun. The food was tasty and well priced. It was a wonderfull experience that we would definitely repeat any time.

I can’t think of anything that would be worth mentioning !

What a fantastic place ! Out of this world! We stayed 5 nights in a villa with private pool and it was really hard to leave it behind… The staff is absolutely fantastic. All of them. They do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They are polite, discreet, they remember your first name from day 1, and they always have a big genuine smile. The villa was awesome. Private, spotless clean, well equipped, with comfortable beds and surrounded by a gorgeous mix of tropical plants. The views from the villas or the restaurant are spectacular and relaxing. The place is so peaceful, and looks like you’re inside a postcard. I have to say that I spent several hours on Bookings checking several properties in Bali before making my choice as I wanted this trip to be memorable and I am extremely satisfied with my choice.

What I didn't like was they charged for 2nd coffee in breakfast. Nevertheless, they communicate transparently so you are not shocked when you see the bill. There is no open buffet in the breakfast and i would expect more rich or at least bigger portions but i think it will be enough for most people. We lived with Lizards in the Villa :) It was okay for me and my family, however, if you are not a nature person better to be aware of.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can feel the staff is sincerely welcoming. Our Villa was clean and beautiful. We didn't use, but the infinite pool seemed amazing. We needed a doctor and instead of going to policlinic, they invited a doctor and he helped our daughter.

We were lucky that the first 6 days of our stay our 'neighbours' were young couple like us and quiet, because the last day family with children came and they were so loud and slaming doors all the time that it would be horror movie to have them whole week, so it would be great if gk resort in future becomes Adults only because it is equiped and adjusted for couples. If you want privacy and quiet time I recommend that you book private vilas (they are super nice too) because isolation is not very good in rooms since they are all coneccted together. Heated pool would also be perfect little touch 🩷 But everything else is pure perfection!

Hospitality of staff was above and beyond, they are so nice and supportive, we felt like queen and king with their treatment. Room was cleaned every day even if we didnt put sign on our door, every day fresh bootled water, view from our room was so perfect that it was pleasure to wake up in the morning every day... if you wish to visit ubud mostly this is perfect place because ride till ubud is about 30 min. 5 min till stores ( we rented moped). Bathtub in the bathroom is dream came true, shower is also 10/10. Swimming in that infinity pool was experience on its own, like a dream with jungle view... And the food? Oh my... it was so delicious every single thing we orderd, i will miss it sooo much! 😭😭😭🩷🩷 Great experience, we want to thank you all amazing people for threat us like this!! Love!

Everything is amazing at GK Resort. It is a slice of peaceful paradise hidden away north of Ubud. We stayed for 4 nights and we couldn't have been happier. The resort is absolutely beautiful with fantastic views of jungle and paddy fields. The rooms are clean and there's a clear attention to detail that many places don't have. The location is tucked away and hidden from any busy road. It's quiet, only sounds of nature to be heard. It helps if you can ride a motorbike to go out and explore the local areas. Wifi is also great as I worked a bit and had no issues with speed or connection. All the food was delicious, from breakfast to dinner we didn't have a bad meal. Far and away the aspect that sets this resort apart is the service. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and has a huge smile on their face. They have a great rhythm and communication to ensure you're not interrupted in your room. They remembered our coffee orders in the morning. It was such a pleasure to be with them, it felt like family.

Heaven-like place! The hotel is nicely designed, loved the view of the valley. Food was great. There are a lot of jasmine trees and they smell so nice in the evenings. Missed it already!

In a word, wonderful! I felt like I was in the Garden of Eden. The hotel is incredibly jungle-infused, so if you want to experience the jungle and still be in luxury, this is the place. I honestly don't understand how they manage to keep it that way. The staff here are incredibly nice, second class even for Bali. In other words, probably the best thing I've ever experienced. If you want to enjoy the famed view from your room, be sure to book the executive suite, if you prefer a private pool, then book the villa. I recommend it as a camp for a sunrise trip to Mt Batur.

Hotel is located very close to tegallalang rice terraces. Rooms are wide and comfortable, even with the extra bed you have plenty of space. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they provide you with all recommendations that are best for your own benefit. The view is wonderful with a mix of rice terraces and jungle. Food is delicious and drinks are reasonably priced. Infinity pool is very clean and beautiful. SPA service is also good and value for money.Staff has provided us any support we required. They have a complimentary shuttle service to and from Ubud center three times a day.I would recommend this place to anyone, be it couples or families with children

This place blew our minds!!!! So much so we stayed an extra 2 nights. We initially booked the executive suites which we loved, they had amazing views and the comfiest bed ever! We went for a walk around the property and sent the villas, so decided to book an extra 2 nights in them..... They did not disappoint 😍 I would highly recommend anyone coming to Bali for a relaxing stay but yet close enough to the centre of Ubud to book here!
