It's the first time I am asked to give a deposit in cash when checking in. I found it can be non convenient, specially when the room is paid by card so not expected. Restaurant allows smoking, which as a non smoking person really annoyed me at breakfast. Cannot put the invoice of the restaurant on the room, you need to pay separately. So I needed to go back in the room just to get my card.

Staff polite and welcoming. Really clean and confortable facilities. Breakfast is a buffet with large selection. Room is nice and calm.

It's an 'old style' building. But this is what a precious sentences apply. DO NOT JUDGE BY ITS COVER 😁 all the staff is friendly and helpfull from the security. Ms ivo. Restaurant staff and all. AC is in good condition. And clean all over the place. Definitely recommended for the JAKUT and surround 👍

I have booked 3 rooms, which 2 rooms didn't have good lighting, the aisle of the room didn't smell good due to the renovation in front of our rooms.

The breakfast is tasty, the location is good.

Poor location, bad ambience and lighting in rooms, very bad WiFi, stains on linen, curtain had holes. Light stayed on all night in balcony. Deposit demanded by staff for key.

The 6th floor hallways stank of cigarette smoke. It really smelled like people regularly smoked within the floor. Good thing, inside the room, it didn't smell bad.

The property is near an Alfamart and an Indomaret. There's also a restaurant at the street entrance towards the hotel. They provide convenience whenever we needed something right away. The hotel staff also are friendly.

We ordered non smoking room but on the first day of our stay, the room smells cigarettes. We made complaint and we moved to a better room

Food in the restaurant is not wonderful in the evening

The staff were really welcoming and friendly and so helpful. One individual in particular was so helpful arranging a taxi and sorting out a couple of difficulties that I extend special thanks to her. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, room was a good size and the view from the 7th floor was spectacular. Breakfast was good with fresh omlettes cooked on demand. Hotel was security aware and is at the end of a gated alley. Location is difficult to judge in Jakarta as it is such a sprawling city. Hotel is halfway between old city and freedom Square so if you travel by taxi or tuktuk then location would be considered excellent. There were large roadworks at the end of the gated alley though which meant it was difficult to walk in the local area after sundown so is impossible to judge what eating places are nearby. Really enjoyed our stay at this horel

There are still rooms in this hotel where guests are allowed to smoke… Even in a part of the restaurant and around the indoor pool, guests are allowed to smoke. That’s really a very negative point! Change your smoking policy!
