We liked the jungle view and the vibe. If you are scared of animals, don’t come here, because big loud geckots came in our villa. Staff were wonderful. Pool also great.

It is the jungle, so there are wild animals all around the place and it is a bit far away from everything. But if you don't mind, in that case no negative comment on our side!

It was an amazing stay in the middle of the jungle! The natural construction, the outdoor bathroom, the peace and quiet. All the staff was very nice and responsive. If you want to relax in a very natural place and environment, this is the place to go! And bonus point, it is just in front of Agung volcano. So the view is amazing!

The air conditioning broke, but the staff were quick to arrange a contractor to come and fix, and offered a free massage for the inconvenience. It is very rural, so transport is required to get shops and restaurants etc, but the hotel drivers were always available to take us.

This hotel is a purely unique experience, in the heart of the jungle. We stayed in the treehouse, which was a beautiful setting with amazing view of the jungle and Mount Agung, which is across the sea on Bali. The staff at this place literally couldn’t have done enough for us, when you arrive, you are assigned a personal butler, who will organise any excursions, using the hotels own transport. Beach clubs are a 15 min car journey away, transport is also provided by the hotel for a small charge. It was so peaceful and serene, to hear the sounds of the jungle throughout the day and night. The Balinese massage is a must do. The hotel will also arrange for your taxi and boat tickets to and from Bali, we used this service and it was seamless.

Very relaxed and beautiful property. The houses were very clean and there’s enough room for two people. Bathroom outside was a highlight and the pool area is very cool as well. Staff is exceptional, everyone is really friendly and always happy to help. We had a wonderful stay.

I liked everything!

Everything! Nice bamboo design, very friendly staff (Wirdi, thanks for everything you were one of the highlights of this place!!), super tasty food delivered directly to your room. On top of that the views are nice, you can enjoy food at your terrace, swimming pool area incredible. Don’t have enough words to describe how nice our stay was in this hotel.

A perfect experience in nature, completely beyond our expectations. The view, food, environment, and service staff are all perfect. Special thanks to the butler Gopal for helping us carry our luggage, breakfast and dinner, nice people in villa. Highly recommended

Best thing about this place were the butlers. We communicated via Whatsapp with them through our whole stay, for room service, massages, housekeeping needs, transfers and tours. Over our whole Bali trip, the service we received in this resort was the best!

Breakfast could be a bit bigger and more variety considering the remote location. Our tree villa was nice but it misses a bit of space for luggage and to sort your clothes. Noises of wild and domestic animals during the night, especially chickens who seems to have a really big discussions during the nights.

Location is really in the jungle. So if you like a getaway from big city life, that would be what u looking for. Staff was tremendously kind and helpful. Prisma and gopal were super nice. Especially Prisma, thanks bro for your kindness. Keep up the good work.

The restaurant next to lobby miss charm I have asked for baby cot but they don’t have, only very small bassinet for new born. At first I was stressed as they brought an extra bed but the team helped in “building a baby bed” and even installed a mosquito net in top very quickly. So thank you for your help

We really enjoyed our stay at Penida Bambu Green. It’s a very cute resort up in the jungle and the staff is exceptionally friendly and very helpful with anything you need! We did scuba diving with them and it was so well organized, but it does not come with transportation. We loved the pool with the view of mt. Agung!

The pickup/drop off service. I do know it’s out sourced but since I pay for that to the property. It felt very badly organised. l waited 1h30mins, had to drag my own luggage on sand, struggled a lot (wish they had warned me about it, then I wouldn’t have taken my big luggage) had to pay at the ticket counter, (the hotel did reimburse me) overall just badly organised. I think lot of miscommunication

Irvin’s a great location on the top of Nusa with great views. We wanted a calm and peaceful place which it was. We spent Nyepi there and had a great day. The staff is amazingly friendly and professional. Prisma is an absolute caring and professional host and is doing a perfect job!
