The wifi is unnecessarily complex (the hotel's fault) and poor (maybe an issue out of their control); otherwise I would rate the hotel with a 10. Breakfast is not on pair with the rest of the wonderful experience (but it is decent).

I would change the window in the room to avoid to have many mosquitos in the room. The door of the window could not be closed completely and therefore mosquito came in.

Amazing beach, snorkeling was great with plenty of fish and turtles. Nice pool. The food was ok, mie goreng with prawns was the best! :) Nice staff, taking care of everything. The shisha lounge was perfect for hanging out with your laptop during the days, no-one there. Close to everything. A short wlak to the harbor, a short walk to BASK Nest underwater statues snorkeling. Many warungs close by. I recommend Ana Warung and Easy Warung.

I think the system to get beach towels a bit tedious, you have to walk to the watersports shack with a ticket to get your towel. I think it should be simply provided in the room. Also the snorkeling gear pricing should be for the whole day and not just for 4 hours.

The staff at Seri Resort was incredibly attentive. I was a solo female traveller, and everyone was making a point of remembering my name, chatting with me and generally ensuring that I had a very good time. The location is beautiful, and it's only a short walk from the port, so if you don't have a lot of luggage then there is no need to hire those horse carts. My room was minimalist but looked very nice and had a small slice of sea even. The room was clean and water was provided every time the room was cleaned. Breakfast was included and it was very nice. I also used the restaurant for my other meals and the food was very tasty.

The breakfast was very delicious and on the first day it came with bonus pastries - nice touch. Pool and pool chairs were lovely - a suggestion would be to take off the tiles along the top of the pool edge that faces the sea as many of them are uneven and wonky. Instead you could lay a concrete edge and finish it to match the other edges of the pool.

Not very prompt in communication over booking. Also, in the internet there is multiple timings showing for the ferry to the island but as we traveled in low season you can't rely on the internet and hotel did not inform us that now it's only 1 boat a day! We had to go through some difficulties to reach the island.

Very friendly staff, and helpful. They support us immediately with anything needed. Price for the food very reasonable and not overpriced. Room is beautiful and clean. Booking pictures of the property is misleading beacuse you may think there is no full sea view rooms are there. But they have numbers if rooms with full sea view. They rent a bike and can arrange for different sort of tours.

It needs maintenance for sure. The rooms look old, the curtains are dirty, the breakfast is medium. The place can be much nicer if they put some extra effort in it. I found it too expensive.

Some staff is not very professional. We booked the boat transfer from Gili meno to Bali and paid a bit more than at the harbour office directly just thinking it will be more smooth booking with the hotel. However it was an opposite experience. We paid at the hotel and been told to collect the tickets at the harbour office, no receipt or any confirmation were given from the hotel, but we were assured that if we just give our names they will know. We arrived at the harbour office and no one knows about our tickets and we are told that the boat is full for today. As we already had further travel plans and hotels booked this was extremely stressful situation on our honeymoon and ruined the mood straight away. We tried contacting the hotel which we had troubles reaching anyone until finally managed to talk to hotel manager who promised that he is coming to the harbour office to sort this out. We waited for half an hour and no one arrived even though the hotel is only 10min walk from the harbour. We had to call again and see what’s happening. Eventually the harbour office staff just gave us a ticket without any explanation, no further communication nor apology from Siri resort. Also, we traveled for our honeymoon so they did nice towels and flowers on the bed, but as we entered the bungalow staff who did it started to say how hard it was to do it perhaps expecting a tip, which was not nice as if the hotel do it to surprise the guests you should not feel guilty how hard it was for someone or pay for it. Staff constantly chasing you to sign the receipt for the rental of the snorkel, bike or drinks even though when asked to do it at the time of the rental they say it’s okay no worries, but later they chase you as you were the one trying to avoid it which also made us feel a bit uncomfortable as we would rather just pay as we go and don’t have the hassle to be chased and feel bad about it. P.S.

We had beach bungalow which was nice as you could see the sunrise. We also had very nice BBQ dinner on the beach one night which was super nice with live music.

Certain food items were disappointing and overpriced with hygiene and cleanliness being hit or miss.

Location - turtle heaven is a short swim away, and turtles are in snorkelling distance from the hotel. Sunsets are amazing just 10/15 mins walk round the shore and the staff are very attentive. There is many facilities and activities offered, some at better prices than others. A good hotel. Beach BBQ food is the best they offered.
