Beautiful small hotel with excellent location in the heart of Ubud. Nice a la carte breakfast choices. Spacious premier king room. Value for money. Close to massage, cafes, money changers, pharmacy. Mini mart across the street.

no outdoor sitting area adjoined to room - it was very enclosed (despite the room advertised as “with balcony”. very limited Indonesian foods for breakfast.

We stayed in the rooftop villa, which was very roomy, but a little dated.

Good location to the monkey sanctuary and to the street market. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was good too

Great small hotel, the staff were all really good. Breakfast was good, the whole hotel just made you feel relaxed even though it’s on the main road once you get in the hotel you would never know.

Some of the rooms need a bit of attention (eg shower door did not shut properly) but generally good. Room service food was sometimes not completely hot (because it was microwaved?) but good quality.

Brilliant location close to Minkey Forest and Royal Palace but once you get inside it is an air conditioned have of peace. The two pools are lovely especially the outside one. Decor makes you feel you are in the centre of a rainforest not off a busy shopping street. Staff are very helpful, even organising a cooking class for my son and me.

The hotel was great , excellent breakfast every morning. The staff were so friendly and nice. Took a cooking class at the hotel was fantastic the chef was very patient with us. I would recommend this hotel and taking the cooking class.

Age related probably but I kept finding it difficult to see the edge of stairs sometimes so took a few stumbles (but no falls)!

Roof bar never seemed to be open. More attention to sticking up the tea and coffee sachets.

They didn’t have water refill (they offer two small bottles per room), but there is a shop nearby to get water.

They were very welcoming and ever upgraded my room during the check in. They offer complementary yoga classes for guests, have amazing restaurants on site. Cooked breakfast menu varies every day. Definitely I would come back!

This was our second time staying at the Hotel. We were not happy with the initial room we were given and also found that there was a problem with the door lock. After a while as they found out the door lock did not work they gave us a lovely room overlooking the pool which was very nice

Friendly staff and wonderful pool and breakfast area. Rooftop area was delightful for afternoon tea.

The beds were a little firm, by night four of our stay I was craving a softer mattress. The beds could benefit from a mattress topper option for those who don’t like firm beds. The rain shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere but this wasn’t a big deal, we just used the hand shower head instead.

The Junior Suite was a good size with a seperate shower and bath. The staff were very attentive and friendly, room service excellent and the property clean and well kept. The TV also had Netflix which was great so we could log in and watch TV.
