Location - across the road to monkey forest. 2minutes walking distance to restaurants and bars. Very handy!! Breakfast was yummy and staff were kind and helpful.

Turned out they didn’t have hand towels. Only bath towels. And also, even though the breakfast was included, I got breakfast only on the first morning. Turned out that the guest had to approach the front desk every day to order breakfast. Which was kinda weird for me.

The location is very good, couple minutes walk from the Monkey forest. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel. Pretty affordable for its location.

They only provide bath towels and shampoo and shower gel. They didn’t provide wash clothes or hand soap. Not a big deal but I had to buy a loofah and bar soap at the grocery store.

The staff was overly accommodating! Anything I needed or wanted, they happily provided it. Breakfast is delivered to the room every morning! Extremely friendly staff and awesome location. Across the street from Monkey Forest and we were able to walk to multiple restaurants and shops.

Shower was uncomfortable to use. Splashing water all on the floor was unavoidable.

Staffs were kind. Room was quite spacious and quiet. Swimming pool was cute and ambience of the place was just like the photo. Relaxed and quiet.

the room was ok , superior room but no mats in the bathroom , no toilet roll and no fridge ( there was one in the room where my family was staying and when asked about it was simply told oh we didnt put one in that room) at breakfast when asked for milk for the tea , (there was milk in one of the coffees) , was told they had run out …. although to be fair a member of staff did come along later with some they had been out and bought . i would stay again , just would recommend a little more attention to detail

There was not enough sunbeds around the pool area- if i can remember well there was only 5 beds. The toilet at the reception was very dirty and i didn't like the breakfast.

Location was great, very close to the city centre. The hotel offers a good size pool and beautiful garden, and free Wi-Fi. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with satellite TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Staff was very friendly.

If u don’t eat eggs breakfast is poor as little choice. Wifi poor in bungalow, need to go to reception or onto street to get connected. Costly compared to other accommodation in Bali. Bungalow very basic accommodation

The bathroom drains sometimes smelled but it didn’t bother us too much.

Very good location, close to bars and restaurants and the monkey forest. Good sized room and bathroom. Bed was comfy. We had a floating breakfast which was nice.

The lighting in the room is too dim. The room we stayed is at the entrance of the hotel, which lacks some privacy.

The surrounding area of the hotel is very convenient, and the hotel is very quiet. The staff are very helpful.

The doors bang suddenly at the end. Not very private and need to keep your curtains pulled
