We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Francehe director of the establishment Nehila Yazbak was particularly kind, she manages really well. his establishment. We were with the family, with children and the elderly. She did everything to make our vacation easier for us. The staff was really nice. Very clean hotel, comfortable rooms. varied, copious and well-cooked meals… for all tastes.
