A microwave in the kitchen would be handy to warm up baby food and leftovers from meals out. Having to check in by 6pm was a bit concerning. I think this needs to be better highlighted before booking. We weren’t comfortable sending our passport and home details via WhatsApp but thankfully we arrived on time. I did appreciate how communicative the hotel was, they messaged and called to let us know. We had a minor issue after check in as we couldn’t turn on the AC, it seemed to be locked at a certain temperature which was too warm for us. But we had to live with it since there was no one at reception.

Our apartment was so big! We travelled as a family of 5 and this was the biggest place we stayed in Italy. We weren’t constantly having to make way for each other. The bedroom was great, we were given a double bed, a single and a sofa bed. The beds were so comfortable but the sofa bed really wasn’t. The kitchen was just big enough for our needs and we liked the view from both the bedroom and living area. The balcony was huge too. If we’d had more time I’m sure we would have enjoyed a meal or two out there. The bathroom was huge and we loved having two sinks. Made getting everyone ready so much quicker. Oh and there’s so much storage in the apartment. We’d definitely choose to use this place again and base ourselves here to explore the towns nearby next time. Although the location is far out from central Milan, we walked home from dinner at midnight with four small children and felt completely safe.

The AC is not working. When we asked why, they said it’s like a city regulation not to turn on the AC. The gave us instead an electric fan.

Very weak wifi Not helpful being stuck in the elevator, with the button calling to Italian folks telling me to call their phone number that was placed near the ceiling (and I didn't have my glasses), and fortunately I was able to understand them even though they didn't speak English and also that I had my cellphone with me.

We couldn't manage the air conditioner and some of the nights was rainy and you can feel a little hot inside. also they told us its was program to work some hours but we never felt that.

The room was ok, clean and good size, all the appliances work really goof and the fridge was working correctly, we stayed 3 people and 1 kid and it was perfect.

Metro station is very close. Nice neighborhood, secure, with a lot of restaurants, that are cheaper compared to the center. The apartment was clean and spacious with big bathroom.

Apartment wasn’t quite ready when we got there at the time that was agreed beforehand. There wasn’t any guidance what to do with waste. There wasn’t dishrag, dish brush, wine glasses and the cooking knives would have needed some serious sharpening.

Apartment was clean and modern and we enjoyed our holiday there. Subway and grocery store were nearby. We could leave our luggages to the lobby while we where waiting for the room. Reseptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent. The location was close to the metro station Istria and it was very easy to access everywhere. The neighborhood was perfect - nice small restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and other shops. The rooms were clean, big and very comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The ladies on reception were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a perfect stay.

Nothing in particular. The price is quiet expensive for a night stay, but I think it's worth the money with all the facilities that I got.

I did the booking last minute. The check-in process was smooth. I just contact the person through email and then he gave me the whatsapp number. I called the number and then I know how to check-in. I just need to fill in the code, then the key is already prepared for me. The room is HUGE. The room can fit 6 person I believe. Everything is very clean. Amenities are provided. The place is very close to Istria Metro. The check out process was also very smooth. There are microwave, refrigerator, oven, water heater inside. Plates, fork, spoons are also there. Super nice!
