Location being prime, it may not be so comfortable and calm. . You may feel a bit uncomfortable but surely the host exceeds the expectations by welcoming and accommodating you well.

The location was prime and Mr. Mario was really helpful and kind to us. He is super responsive over WhatsApp or over booking chat as well. You just get down and you have a train to Sorrento and other places, metro for local, alibus for airport. So much easy for travel.

Liked everything. Some people mentioned the sketchy location, but I felt very safe.

Very new and big accommodation with everything one could need. Fridge (including food/water), microwave, coffee machine provided. Mario helped a lot explaining everything and making sure one has a good time.

What is there not to like? Can't find any.

Love everything about this unit and its host Super Mario. Biggest unit of all the B&B we had stayed during our trip. Beautiful and very clean and with a magnificent view from the balcony. Mario was extremely helpful; met us round the corner of the apartment building and helped us with our luggage. Explained all the procedures and assuring his availability anytime ahould we encounter any problem. The free flow of coffee, tea and juices was just awesome. Even provided the coins needed for the cute elevator. Also very kind to extend our check out time and allowing us to store our luggage till we got back later in the day. Grazie Mario and lo appreziamo!

Waiting for the elevator can take a while during busy time. We stayed on the 8th floor and need to rely on the elevator.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were provided with helpful logistical information and even beer. The location is next to the central train station and convenient.

Very good location. Next to the train and alibus station. Big, comfortable and clean room. The staff was very very friendly and nice, Mario was always available to help and guide us, whereas we could have plenty of (free) coffee at any time within the day 😆😄

Excellent location - next to the Central station, metro, bus stop for the local buses and the bus from/to the airport. Very convenient for trips to many places of interest in and around Naples. A lot of restaurants nearby. The room is spacious, renovated, modernly furnished and extremely clean. Wide and very comfortable bed. Excellent communication with and support from the host. When we come to Naples next time that will be our choice for accommodation again.

It’s on the 8th floor and you have to get there in a small lift.

I loved the fact that we were met by the hosts and they answered all the questions we had and showed us where everything was.

It has an old elevator. One time, it did not work, so we needed to climb up eight floors by the stairs. The surroundings of the building are not nice, but it is conveniently located next to the Naples Central Station.

The homeless people that seem to congregate on the street level below this property and near one side of the train station.

This property is directly across from the train station that makes it very convenient. Mario is a great host and will meet you at the entrance to bring you up to the 7th floor with walking up 1 small staircase to the 8th floor is necessary to get to the beautiful property. The room is very modern and has an actual queen to king size bed that isn’t joined by two single beds which is customary in Italy. The bed mattress was super comfortable and allowed for a very restful night’s sleep. The view from the balcony is delightful in the morning to enjoy a provided cup of coffee. Having microwave and the refrigerator is handy for warming up any left overs that you may have from Attansio’s restaurant which is located close by. This was a great suggestion by Mario with delicious pizza and other choices reasonably priced. We also appreciated being able to catch the Alibus for 5 euros that comes every 10-20 minutes with delivery to the airport. The pickup location is right outside the airport which you can see from the balcony to know where to walk to. You can save a few euros buying the ticket at a local newspaper or Tobaccanist shop.

I would have appreciate a genuine breakfast. There were no cafe latte, just European machine. It would have been interesting to have a real Italian coffee maker with a little stove. Just yogurt, milk and cereals would have been appreciated… but all the restaurant are good around there…,you just have to go out and choose! I just want to improve by this notice. I am very satisfied with this Rooms apartment!

It is the location. You can leave everywhere because you have the station down there. If you need shopping because you forgot something home, you could have it.

Very central location near to every thing: local buses, metro and train station as well as long travel buses such as Flixbus, Marino bus and Itabus. You can also walk to Old Town(Spacca Napoli), Quartieri Spagnoli, etc, thanks to Silvia who takes good care of the rooms and common areas, she keeps clean every thing and Mario was just a great host we met at the bar just ground floor of the appartment and offered me the breakfast.

The entrance would have been difficult to find had our host not done such an excellent job of directing us to the building and giving us clear instructions on accessing the entry and on using the lift inside the building.

The unit was very clean and freshly renovated. The location was near the Alibus pick up location for Naples International Airport and Napoli Centrale Station.

Solo women travellers may find the area and getting up to the B&B unpleasant. The area around the station is sketchy and the building is run down. You may have to wait for the lift once inside with men coming and going. I was catcalled by men in the square outside returning home at night. Of course none of this is the hotel’s doing but good to be aware that as with many transport hubs this isn’t a place you’d want to hang out. Around 10 mins walk will get you out of the area to all places you might want to eat/drink etc.

Once you are inside the place is faultless. Lovely staff, clean, comfortable and good views from the rooms at the front. Every effort has been made to create a calm and safe space. It is incredibly convenient for the station and shuttle bus to airport.
