No breakfast available just a cafe serving a strange Italian…..white bread with jam…..breakfast. Very disappointing. No milk powder so coffee VERY strong. Thought it was expensive for few facilities. Proper hotel preferable

Cozy and very quiet, even though it is on one of the largest pedestrian streets of Bergamo. It is in the center of the lower city and there are lots of places nearby for all your needs. You can reach the tram for the Upper city in 10 minutes by foot, or you can just walk up the hill and be there in 20-25 minutes.

1. The doors out to the corridor were not soundproof. You could hear everything from the hall. 2. It is stated that the hotel has baggage storage.which is not really true. You can keep your baggage on open space but no one is guarding it. There are no lockers and your things are unattended. So whoever enters the building can take those

Air con couldn't be set to cool, due to regulations, so when it was 25 degrees, I could only have the Aircon on heat setting 17degrees, couldn't open the windows as there was a cyclist festival on and was quite noisy( silent with windows and shutters closed at night)

An unmanned reception causes problems. Entry time of 3.00 p.m. is fine but the ability to leave luggage at the property before that time is a problem for guests whose flight arrival may be in the morning or departure time may be late. Had issues with TV. This took two days to resolve. While there were many text exchanges about this, perhaps the problem might have been fixed sooner if reception had been manned. Stayed here many times and really like the property but I feel the lack of on site personnel is a negative aspect in deciding to stay here again.

I would have been calmer if I had received the access codes a bit earlier. Since the hotel doesn't have any staff on site, I was getting worried because my internet access wasn't reliable. Everything worked out in the end though.

The rooms were located in a very central area in a historic building. A Christmas fair was going on outside on the street. We could easily walk to other interesting parts of town. The rooms were large and well equipped.

The room was advertised as "soundproof," but we could hear noises from the other rooms. The contact through the booking chat could be improved, as there is no reception in the "hotel".

The location is great, in the heart of Bergamo and a quick walk to the Citta Alta funicular. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
