Prices in market shop a little over priced than normal

Excellent place to stay for families with kids within 30mins travel to city. And quick come back to place to enjoy swimming and other facilities. Highly recommend for someone traveling with kids.

Shuttle bus in the camp which we paid to take us to city center left us 3 km from city centre so we had to walk and it is only possible to buy return ticket even we did not use it to return as bus departed far from city center and the last bus was too early (at 6:30 pm).

I like the camp, all facilities within camp. Accommodation was clean and comfy.

It was okay as we were expecting. However they say that they have an internet which is not true. The wifi is not reliable at all.

In the restaurant by breakfast the coffee was low quality even if you bought it in the caffee bar. In Italy coffee should not be poor quality.

Very kind service personal, good beds, grocery shop & small beach in the camp. Every time we had some small issues they helped immediately and fixed everything fast.

It is very necessary that the internal road leading to the parking lots be marked with a speed limit because there are always children on that road, and many drivers do not use caution.

The accommodation has all the facilities to make your stay comfortable. It has a swimming pool, restaurant, Shuttlebus, bicycle rental, washing machines, children's area, infopoint, recycling area and even a supermarket.

The locks on the bungalows were difficult to lock and unlock.

There was no tea coffee at the villa The villas are in the corner and can feel like a bit of a walk to access the rest of the park No access to the river via the park

When we arrived in the evening the staff did not seem too friendly. The site has good security and this may have played a part. Their bus to the city does not actually go into the city center. It is still about a half hour walk. The better bet is to take the public transit which is nearby.

We stayed in the Tent and it was quite nice. The location was right by the river and everything was nice a n green. The tent was very new and very clean. The bathroom was quite nice. It is much like staying in a hotel room. We stayed in May so the weather was warm and there was also a heater.

My only real complaint is that the wi-fi was spotty. Some people complain about the location, but the shuttle makes the commute to historic Florence quite easy.

Shuttle worked easily and the drivers were really friendly. Restaurant was a great value (7 euro for Margherita pizza) and the waitstaff were friendly. My son (9 years old) absolutely loved the entire place -- the market, the restaurant, the room, etc.

Had to ask for an extra pillow as unfortunately they were paper thin. Reception were happy to help!. We went for breakfast but never got told much. I paid €16 for the 2 of us then tried to get charged again, we got asked for our number but didn’t have one but they just wrote down our room number and then let us eat. But the selection wasn’t the best.

Everything looked beautiful I liked there was a little market to go and do some shopping. The pool looked lovely but didn’t make use of it

Pillows were too small and not comfy at all.

Restaurant was excellent and property had a good safety, in general I would say that it was a good stay. We definitely come back soon.:)))

Very good location, just off the motorway and 30 min drive to Florence. They also have shuttle bus to centre if needed. Exceptional restaurant, open till late.

The "Coffe Machines" on the premises could not supply coffee on any of the days. Since no coffee in the glamping tent, and the restaurant not open early it were a bit of a dissappointment

Capacity of the restaurant doesn't meet demand, its hard to find a seat in evening. Same with shuttle - buses should be bigger, families with kids had to sit in the aisle. Laundry machines needs cleaning

Nice territory with all main services like supermarket, cafe, laundry, pool, playground and shuttle to Florence
