Beautiful renovated rooms and bathroom . Close to the train station and about 15 mins walk to Trevi fountain . Also has a lift for luggage and restaurants and cafes are also very close by .

one big minus is bad smell from bathroom. for recommendations i would say to put wi-fi login and password on sticker in the room and add slippers.

location is very good no need pay addition for transport to get somewhere. All sightings are close. room is clean and fresh. total i stayed satisfied and recommend this little nice place to stay.

The room operates on a self-check-in basis. The owner sends you the instructions via message. I had problems with my booking app, so I didn't receive the messages on time. I had to send a WhatsApp message to the owner because he wasn't there, and I was afraid I wouldn't have a room that night. It was a difficult and stressful moment during my vacation. I don't understand why the owner asks for an arrival time if nobody is there to help, because supposedly they have a front desk schedule. The outside noises were filtering into the room. He asked for the city tax payment in cash, which sounded strange to me.

We had issues with the check-in process, the buzzer wasn’t working and we couldn’t get in. The other issues we noticed was that the bathroom smelled a lot like the sewers and humidity.

The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the mini fridge was a plus! It was very well located, near the Termini train station and a 10 minute walk to the Colisseum!

The best thing about the property was the location. You could walk almost anywhere and the metro was very close. The room over all was very simple but we weren’t looking for anything fancy since we wanted to be out exploring anyways. Very nice owners they also let up keep our luggage there prior to check in and after check out.

There is no reception, very small elevator. Self check in and out so you have to check the message from them for the instructions.

It is spacious enough for our two large suitcases. Towels are being replaced everyday however there is a bit of an unexplainable smell. Vintage elevator is quite fascinating.

Since the property is located on a very busy street, the noise outside was very loud, even if you close the window you’d still hear it as if it was inside the room, would’ve been helpful is the windows were double glazing

A little on the small side, without much room to open a suitcase. However, it was clean, comfortable and adequate for what I needed for a 1-night stay.

Unfortunately the aircon in our room leaked a little bit.

The room and the bathroom is very spacious! The bed is so comfy and wide so we slept like a baby after a whole day of exploring Rome. The hotel also provide some mini breakfast (mini cakes, biscuit toasts and jams) and make your own coffee and teas. Lovely. The staff were friendly as well.

I already booked the hotel, paid in advance and got confirmation . When checking in, the receptionist said no room left and they will move us to other hotel. I got upset and angry, asked for the hotel manager. Then finally, they gave me the room in the hotel! That was bad!

It’s clean and the facility looks newish and modern compares to other places we stayed in Rome. Very close to the main train station so it’s convenient.

Two doors to enter once buzzer to hotel was pushed (opened automatically but I didn’t know this at the time). Had to climb several steps to get to elevator. Elevator would not work without key that you didn’t get until you checked in. Luckily I called the hotel # and they were there to come get me. Also, elevator didn’t work twice because guests left doors open in old gate-type elevator even though directions were clearly posted. This meant I had to climb up the stairs, leaving my luggage unattended, to get to the elevator to fix the doors.

The ancient lift was out of action on the last day so I had to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Wouldn’t have worried me back in my younger days though.

The room was a little noisy as we were on the street but overall not too loud. The room could have had some shelves or suitcase stands for luggage .

The air conditioner worked great. We were there when Rome was hitting 95 degrees or more and the room was almost too cold. A lot of espresso and small cakes were very much appreciated.

The elevator is super small because of the old building, max of one person with large luggage. You need to close the elevator doors (inside and outside) by yourself and you need to use a key to operate it, a lot of procedures and struggles to use an elevator. The air conditioner didn't work well, it was very hot days in August but the room temperature never became chill.

It's very close from Termini station and it's also walking distance from Colosseo. The room is spacious enough for two adults and a baby with high ceiling. The easy breakfast and coffee&tea bags were provided with an espresso machine, kettle and fridge. The room was tidy up when we came back in the evening.
