We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Some way out of the centre but the M1 tube is close by for quick access to Duomo and the rest of the majot sights. Fantastic hosts. Matteo contacted beforehand to confirm time of arrival and with a supply of useful information. The rooms were spacious with interesting decorations. Nothing was plush but you could tell that there had been a lot of work into the rooms, the bar, garden and communal areas and the service given.

One of the best facilities we have been to. The owners were hospitable and extremely helpful. Even before my arrival, I received directions on WhatsApp on how to get to the hotel. During breakfast, the owners made sure to adapt the menu for my wife, who is a vegan. The room was ready early and when we left we were able to stay until 3pm and wait for the plane. Meteo and Nikola are amazing, we are grateful. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, cleaned every day, and the garden is wonderful. The facility is close to the metro, so Milan is open to potential guests. I recommend staying in this place. 😊

An amazing place for a stay in Milano! Gracious hospitality you hardly find anywhere anymore these days…the owners will send you off into the day with a smile on your face! The place is a piece of art on its own: So many beautiful little details. A perfect Italian breakfast. Metro just around the corner.

United States of AmericaThe curtains in the patio could not be adjusted downward, we put it too high upward and then when we slept, we could not figure out how to put it downward. I am sure the owner could help if we asked them, but we did not bother. It was a mild inconvenience.

The hotel is close to a metro station, around 4 minutes walking. The rooms are big and spacious and all is clean. I liked that the shower has really good pressure.

GreeceThe breakfast, although very delicious, was poor with 1 croissant and 1 small sandwich (you couldn't choose, the staff brought it to you) and as a result, we felt hungry after a couple of hours. It would be better if there was a buffet to choose from so that we could feel full and get satisfied with what we paid for!

SpainRooms very comfortable but unfortunately not soundproofed at all. A crying baby somewhere next door woke us up at night. In addition, in the morning we were woken up by other guests leaving for breakfast - the locking of the door could be heard in our room as if it was a key being put into our door.
