There were only a couple of inconveniences: no real window in the apartment (it was there physically, but was shut from the outside, so there was no daylight in the room, only electricity), early check out (though the owner let me keep my luggage at the hotel for as long as I needed!)

The location is very convenient - it is easy to get to and from the airport (Ostiense station), a metro station is near, as well as a couple of supermarkets and various shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly! It was pleasant to come back there from the crowded centre)) I also appreciated the fact that the apartment had a fridge and a kettle.

The location is just a short 5 minute train journey from the colloseum. And the metro was very easy to navigate.

All what you need is here, Fabio is a perfect host - kind, helpful and always with smile on his face. Really close to subway, 5 min to station + 6 min to Colloseo. Good connection with an airport. Very good breakfest in cosy cafe 20 meters from B&B. Strongly recommend!

The location was wonderful, very close to the subway and the train station and that was the most important thing. Fabio was very nice, he gave us some tips on where to eat. The owners of the bar near the accommodation where we had breakfast were very kind. We will definitely come back

fabio was an amazing host, super kind and prompt at replying. our flight didn’t get in til about 9:30pm and he waited for us to show us the room. got complimentary italian breakfast from a cafe next door! the room was clean and has AC, we got towels and he cleaned the room every day. it’s super close to the train station which is easy to navigate and there is a self laundromat not too far away. 10/10 would stay here again! great value for money

Clean and comfortable, next to Garbatella metro station and Ostiense train station( 5 min). Fabio, the owner, is a very friendly person, gave us useful information and help us with everything. Breakfast was great, in a cozy bar .I highly recommmend and I hope to come here again.

There was nothing we didn’t like, however when we travel we like to stay in locations away from tourist areas and ‘live like a local’. This may not be everyone’s cup of tea and maybe something to bear in mind when choosing a location.

Fabio is a great host, very friendly and welcoming and happy to help in any way. The room was very clean and comfortable although the bed was very bouncy! Despite this we slept well. Very effective air conditioning and an unexpected touch of having a small fridge in the room. The building is very secure, being gated and with 3 doors to get to the room. It was in a good location with the train and metro a short walk away. Even when returning around midnight, we did not feel unsafe when walking back from the metro. The breakfast (included) in the little cafe next door was lovely, everyone there was very friendly.

Due to the high humidity in the bathroom there are a lot of midgets and other small insects

The location is good, half an hour drive to the center (by metro or bus). Accommodation is located in a very nice courtyard with flowers. The landlord is very friendly. Breakfast is in a nearby cafe, everything is tasty. There are various grocery stores nearby.

Fabio was amazing and extremely helpful. Even before arrivals, he gave detailed instructions on how to get to his place. The place was close to a train station and easy to get to. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was daily cleaning around 9am. It included breakfast but I only had a cappuccino. He even helped me with getting transportation to the airport at early hours. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Rome!

Very simple things like lack of bathroom accessories (shampoo & soap) and No pillow covers.

It was in ground floor. Easily accessible. Mr. Fabio was very hospitable and made the checkin & check out lot easier. Location was good too. A simple value for money property.

open window after cleaning the apartment with 38°C and we haven’t been at home until night. but with air condition it’s immediately nice again. a bit small shower, I am 1.88 with 100kg musculin fit (but also not a big thing) room a bit small but we needed not more to sleep.

It’s central near Garbatella Line B direct to colosseum with line B or Termini to change to line A to reach every destination you like in Roma. Supermarkt next to the Apartment breakfast we joint just once a day but the little coffee on the same street just view steps offers sandwich or croissants with coffee. if you need more you can order and pay separately very cheap! Aircondition on board fridge in the room was amazing the owner Organized an early airport transport during taxi strike in Roma

The landlord is very nice and helpful. The location is really good because nearby there are a subway and a train station, and a bus stop as well. Breakfast was very tasty in a cosy bistro next door. We had there everything we needed.
