I have made many reservations on Booking with the same visa card and this was the only hotel that couldn’t accept my card, which seemed very strange. By a few days of communication on email, i finally made a bank transfer to the owner.

The condominium and community seem peaceful and near bus stations and metro stations, not far away from center city. The room and bathroom were clean, and you can use the kitchen if you want.

I didn’t like that it was a shared house and some of the other guests were very loud. Also the fact that the host was coming everyday to clean the house was kinda annoying. He even entered the room while we were out without asking to take the trash which in my opinion was not a nice thing.

The room was as shown on photos. It was clean. Also the neighborhood was ok,no problem moving in any time. The owner was polite and he was disponible to help.

The place is a little too far away from the city centre but there is public transport in the near. The towels were not changed, and the apartment is shared with people that rent other rooms available.

The only problem was the bathtub drain, which does not work properly. You have to take care of the water level, otherwise it can overflow.

Only issue is slightly small shower which can be hard to get in and out and electric toilet which makes noise often.

Wonderful location and comfy room. Great value for money. Owner very responsive and helpful. Close enough to walk around Rome if you are a frequent walker. Restuarants and coffee shops in the area.

It’s a bit far from the centre of Rome - about 45 min to walk, but it’s a nice walk, or bus/metro is nearby for a faster route.

Clean and comfortable place to sleep with everything we needed. The best part was the air condition which was much needed after hot days outside. Many good restaurants and stores nearby.

Suit has some electrical toilet which is realy loud and we had noise from neighbors which woke us up at night. Bathroom is really small.

Position of the accomodations is really good, you can reach all parts of the city relatively easy. Host Giovanni let us check in early so we didn't have to wait for to 2pm.

I love the location is in the heart of Athens in the Plaka neighborhood so you can walk your way to the Parthenon and the best streets for food or shopping. The only thing that’s not great is the bed but I’m not that picky about it. Bathrooms are shared but they’re always available and clean and I had a sink and mirror in my bedroom so it was perfect.

The house was so clean and calm. All equipment were well functioning. There is also an elevator to the 6th floor. Bus stations are so close taking to all Rome Monuments and San Giovani metro station is 15 min walking. I didn't met Giovani but he was always available on whatsapp even before the arrival to Rome.

Giovanni was a wonderful and helpful host. He was very engaging and communicative. The house was cleaned every day during our stay. He also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage on the final day. Also, the neighborhood was quiet and walking to the Colloseum took us about 20 minutes. Overall, we had a great time there and will definitely stay there again on our next visit. Highly recommended 🙂

The shower was quite small and the toilet a bit weird but it still worked just fine!!

It was a calm neighborhood out of the city center but still a fairly close walk to the Colosseum area. Giovanni was very friendly and easy to get in touch with as well as communicating with in English.

Location, cleanliness, staff - the best what was in this place. The guest house offers kitchen facilities, it's comfortable if you stay more than for 2 nights. In this area you can meet savage street parrots <3

Top location - 20mins (by foot) from Collesium and public transportation options close by. The room was sparkling clean and it was cleaned every day. Our host was really helpful with everything. We had a great time. Definitely recommend!

The water pressure in the showerheads was very low in both bathrooms and adding one more mirror inside the room would be a welcome addition!

Our stay in MC Guest House was fantastic. The apartment's layout was incredibly convenient, with a shared kitchen and a private bathroom in our room, along with an extra shared bathroom available. The kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee supplies, making breakfast preparation a breeze each morning. The rooms were spacious enough for two people, and we both loved the overall aesthetics. Plus, the location was perfect – just a short walk to the Colosseum and San Giovanni's main street filled with shops and restaurants. Exploring the city was a breeze with the nearby San Giovanni and Re di Roma metro stations. What's more, if you're coming from the airport by train to Termini (the central station), it is only a 4-minute train ride to San Giovanni! Our check-in and check-out processes went smoothly, all thanks to our friendly host. He was readily available at all times, and his helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend staying here!
