Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

This is a family run property run by a very nice family. its interior is modern and up to date. we found free street parking nearby both times we used our car. Definitely stay here.

A bit noisy at night, but that comes with being close enough to walk everywhere. It's quiet if you keep the windows closed tho.
Amazing remodeling job that our host did. It's truly like brand-new, and very tastefully adorned. Great comfy bed, nice bathroom, and a balcony. And then there's breakfast.... I filled up more than I should, but it was SO good.

The room was like a spa with a private patio. Absolutely stunning! The hotel is also the perfect place to stay if you are visiting the Valley of Temples. Rosalia, the owner, was so helpful and sweet. She gave us a map of the town and told us how to get to the main area and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The breakfast that she made for us was lovely, especially her homemade quiche lorraine and ricotta cake. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very clean modern accommodations with great attention to detail. Rosalia and her husband are amazing hosts. Very helpful with suggestions for sightseeing, restaurants, etc. breakfast was wonderful. Location is close to city center.

Great location Clean, quiet, large suite. The host Rosalia was lovely, warm and extremely helpful. Agrigento is more than just the valley of the temples. Good vibe with great food. Worth spending more than 1 day there. Spend extra for one of the suites. Totally worth it.

Everything was good
Excellent B&B with friendly host. Room is enough big, very comfortable bed. Parking is free in front of the door. Towels are very good quality, soft and big:). Very good and rich breakfast. 20 min walking till Duomo and shopping street.

Nothing. Perfect.
Rosalia is a fantastic host. She could not have been more helpful. Because we were short of time on the day we arrived, she took us to see the temples in enough time before they closed for the day. That proved crucial the next day and allowed us to leave early on our schedule. She even loaned us the money for the city tax. Rosalia is everything that a hostess should be. The accommodation was immaculate, but it is the hostess that we will always remember.

Rosalia is the perfect host and the location is functional and beautiful at the same time. It is the perfect spot to start from to explore Agrigento, sitting in a quiet area with parking opportunities and in walking distance from the city center. Bed enables a wonderful sleep and breakfast is sensational with local products. We'd love to come back!

We loved everything about this property. The rooms were lovely and nicely appointed. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of pastries, meat and cheese, and juices. The hostess, Rosalia was fabulous. She was extremely helpful and very sweet. She definitely added to the entire experience.

Beautifully decorated hotel. Signora Rosalia is so lovely, helpful and welcoming. She made dinner reservations for us, gave great directions and gave us a very wise recommendation to be at the Valley of the Temples early before the crowds. Breakfast was amazing! Excellent hotel!

Charming, helpful hostess. Easy check-in. Very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Parking outside. Walkable to restaurants and the centre. Very short drive to the Valley of the Temples. We'd forgotten to ask for the 2nd bed to be made up, and they sorted this out in 5 minutes with a smile.

Nothing. Everything was perfect for us!
The location is perfect for traveling to Agrigento by car. Free car parking is available just on the street at the apartment location. City center is just in 5 minutes walking distance. The facility is renovated and looks very modern and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. Thank you, Vincenzo, for beeing a great host, giving us nice directions in advance on how to reach the property and providing us with all the required information about the city.
