We were staying one night, we got back home around 10pm and there was no warm water left to shower. There was no one at the reception at the time, we messaged host but no response. We chose a hotel instead of Airbnb in order to have storage space but we were then advised there is no storage room, our stuff would be left at reception which was empty at times (doors locked to the hotel but still little protection to leave valuables). We ended up getting storage in the city.

Hotel is ok if you want to just spend night there. Location good, lot of sightseeing is in a walking area (around 15-20 min walk distance to fountain Travis). Building is not a new one but it is ok if you prioritize the location over the luxury furnished room.

The room I was in could do with a make over. While overall it was comfortable The wall socket didn't sit against the wall so hung to the side of the tv. The shower is extremely small and I'm 5ft. There are also no USB ports.

The young girl that was on reception when I arrived as amazing. She looked after me and made me feel very safe and welcoming. Air-conditioning for the room was amazing!

We were never in the hotel at the same time as the staff, not sure if we were there at strange hours or they just weren't there at all. Except on the last day where the receptionist helped us book a taxi to the airport. The place looks like an apartment rather than a hotel. The bathroom is very small, barely any space to move in the shower.

Location was good, next to a lovely coffee shop and not far away from attractions. Being that we travelled for work, the location was comfortable distance from the university as well as Rome centre.

Reception is open only a few hours. you won't get an extra towel or toilet roll when reception is close. The shower cabin is very small! Check what time you are arriving as there's a charge for late check-in (after 7 pm). there's no breakfast available.

Poor location Distance from main attractions not as shown on app Had to walk a distance to get decent bars and eating out No one on reception apart from arrival which we had to pay €25 extra for late arrival which is ridiculous. Room basic The Tv did not work Although safe in room, it didn't work as no batteries had been fitted. Because I left quite early, just after 6am, I was not offered breakfast. This is understandable as breakfast staff were not yet working. However, I feel a croissant to take away would have been a nice gesture.

I thought the ambiance was lovely, with the fairy lights in the area outside. Friendly and very helpful staff. Lovely area to sit near the bar. And my balcony on the top floor was massive! Lovely view of the sea and planes coming and going.

Unfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom around the window, we are sensitive to it, so it was very unpleasant. The water flowed on the windows, we left open the windows during we went to the city, luckily the weather was good. One morning there was no hot water.

The staff was nice, we arrived earlier there was no problem, we got the keys, we went to see the city, later our bags were already in the room. When leaving, we could also leave our bags there after checking out because our plane took off late, so we had time on the last day in Rome to enjoy it. We appreciate that! Thank you again! The bed was very comfortable pretty clean (except for the mold) Good location
