Really comfortable room in a good location out of the main city centre, but close to two metro stations so easy to get into the city to do all of the sightseeing. Host was flexible and allowed us a late check in as our flight didn’t get in until 11pm that night.

BED needs to be changed is squishy and makes sounds you can barely sleep in the night(cheap Ikea bed) Value for the money it wasn't worth it for what this property has to offer on top of that is also the property tax which they couldn't give me a invoice even they promised and also i followed up. The shared bathroom is not properly clean, towels and beddings needs to be washed or changed because doesn't look like were clean Location is about 30-40 min away from the city

The place is poorly maintained. The bed cover was covered with visible stains, which means it was not washed for ages. There was only one towel set in the room, so we had to ask for another one which we received only tomorrow. Floors in the room and in the bathroom were covered in hairs and some flecks. Although it seemed that bathroom was cleaned every day - obviously it wasn't wiped thoroughly. The shower cabin was really dirty. The soap bottle wasn't refilled during our stay, it just stood there empty. We had to use shampoo from the shower cabin. Heating was turned off when we came in, we came to a freezing room, and it took hours to warm up. I asked the host for a pen to write some postcards, and he forgot to bring it. We were charged 7€ tax per night per person, in cash, and apparently in Italy the tax is charged according to accommodation rating - 7€ is the rate for 5-star hotels! The area in the evening is pick-up place for prostitutes. One of them had her stand literally in front of the house. The accommodation is some 8 km far from city center, you have to switch two means of transportation and it takes from 50 minutes onwards to reach the historic center.

Several aspects of my stay left me wishing for a better experience. First, the broken coffee machine was a letdown, especially since it was one of the reasons I had chosen this room. Similarly, the absence of a hair dryer was an inconvenience, even though I should have checked the amenities more closely. Another unexpected cost was the daily tax of 7 euros, which added to the overall expense of the stay. I have never paid more than 4 euros in my experience with booking.com. The shared bathroom was also a point of concern. It appeared to have been neglected in terms of cleanliness, with noticeable fungal buildup on the shower floor. This did not create a very pleasant environment. Lastly, the location itself wasn't the most inviting. The general area seemed to be lacking in cleanliness, with limited nearby attractions. There were few conveniences in the vicinity, and the immediate surroundings were not very appealing. In summary, my stay had several disappointments, including the broken coffee machine, the absence of a hair dryer, the unexpected daily tax, and the state of the shared bathroom. Additionally, the location's lack of cleanliness and attractions makes it hard to recommend. It's important to be aware of these factors when considering this property.

Was in a fairly sketchy neighbourhood which as a solo female traveler made me feel unsafe. Not all locks worked. I says yes one night out of three booked as felt unsafe in the area and also was a long way from city. No direct routes in on the Trainline. This however was just my experience and as a male or couple this accommodation may suit fine.

The facilities are all new and clean.
