No real complaints, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Room wasn't huge, but it was what we expected.

The breakfast was quite good, was pleased to get some fresh fruit, though the quantity could have been larger, rather than placing on a standard dinner plate, perhaps a larger plater. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was superb. The room big with good views and the option of having an individual washing machine was perfect for being in the middle of a long trip. Nothing to regret to discover Kanazawa.

Not a dislike, but a note: we chose this hotel because it was close to the attractions in town, but it wasn't too close to the train station. That was our choice.

Loved having a washer/dryer in the room, as we traveled for 3.5 weeks with carry-ons. Clean.

The only thing that could be better is to have a bit more space in the room, but other than that, everything was perfect :)

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance from all the main sights (or in the worst case, a short bus ride). Though the room was a bit small it was very comfortable and we had room for both our suitcases. The staff was super friendly and we were able to borrow umbrellas in rainy days. Very recommended for a stay in Kanazawa

A very well located hotel where you are greeted with a trendy lobby offering free coffee to guests. Very helpful staff speaking good English are ready to greet you. The hotel offered very stylish decor and when we got to our room we found an exceptionally spacious layout, the bed large and a full proper bathroom. A lovely view out across the city. This is really all you need from a hotel and we will be returning here on our next trip. Highly recommend.

The hotel was great. Location was the best, it was right in the middle of almost all the sights we wanted to visit, all within walking distance. The rooms were larger than we expected and accomodated two people with two medium sized luggages perfectly. The view from our room was also amazing, able to see a beautiful sunset. Food at breakfast was also really nice, while limited variety, still tasted amazing.
