Two sets of elevators one specifically for rooms. If you want to go out of the hotel you need to take one to the lobby first and then another down to the ground floor.

I liked everything in general. Staff was very polite and helpful definitely feels like 5 star hotel. Some of the best views of Naha. Cafe 19 serves great wagyu beef.

I requested for early check-in, but didn't realise that it came with a charge. Had thought an earlier room would be offered if they had it ready. However this is perhaps different practice for different countries, but the staff were very polite and explained to me about it.

The location was great, connected by a link bridge to the monorail. Loved the spacious bathroom, which had a dressing table with stool, and a comfortable bath tub overlooking the view, and enjoyed the headrest which i don't see it in most places. The breakfast was awesome as well, with a great spread of local okinawan dishes and freshly baked breads. There was also valet parking service so that was an awesome bonus.

A bit of noise from the road

The room is bigger than usual hotel room, the bed is very comfortable and the hotel provide a lot of free stuff, like facial mask and cleaning products.

When I was ordering the room (Nov 2023) was no option to choose room with 1 bed. It wasn't possible to pay for the hotel automatically with the credit card I booked with.

The room is big with small sofa and tea table. There is a very good wet room with window. The breakfast is very rich and delicious! There is a big and nice wardrobe room. Location is excellent. If you go from the monorail station you can get to the hotel directly from the station!

There was nothing to dislike. I have travelled all over the world and this hotel is easily in my top 3 of all time. Exceptional service, comfort, food and cleanliness. wonderful location with easy access to shopping district and markets. Well done to all the staff.

The breakfast, though offered variety, it wasn't fantastic, but just personal preference more than anything.

The rooms were huge and had great facilities they even offer complementary face masks etc. Location is also great right next to station if you're unable to drive.

Lack of parking. Needs to take the elevator to the 14th floor to lobby to check in. Then take a different elevator down to guest room.

Great location. A breakfast buffet that was popular with guests, who formed a line before the buffet opened. Many items to choose from, which was great -- both for me, a vegan; and my husband, an omnivore. Plenty of tables. We enjoyed our room with a harbor view. Thanks to patient staff, who walked us through our bill when we arrived tired and initially misunderstood it.

The bed is too soft or too old...because it is not even. The lighting at the work desk is too dim. It is not comfortable for watching digital devices (handphone iPAD laptop)

The hotel is beautiful, the location is strategic and fantastic - it is so close to the Monorail, bus terminal and the Tourist Information Bureau at OPO building. The staff are very accommodating. I am so grateful that one staff (night shift) who helped me to fix my luggage trolley. This is exceptional service and skill. Thank you. Breakfast is very appealing and has a very wide range of local Okinawan delicacy and western food- all made to high quality.

Entrance a little hard to find and a little too dark in the dining room. The breakfast was mainly Asian and Japanese so limited choices if you only eat Western Food.

The property was very clean and had a lovely restaurant and lounge area.,within walking distance to the monorail and famous shopping and dining areas of Naha.

Personnel was very kind to us. The room was spacious and well decorated. The view from the room and the bathroom was great too. Monorail is very close, so it's easy to gp to/from airport and other places. Perfect experience.

Staff are extremely helpful in general but also with restaurant recommendations and assistance with getting to tourist attractions etc. Staff were able to communicate in English which was helpful to me as a person with a poor standard of Japanese.

The room, although it was a standard twin, was spacious, bright and with an excellent wet room bath/shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is next to the monorail station, and easily walkable to the next station where the department store and Kokusai dori are located.

pretty nice hotel. Very decent location and delicious breakfast. Room a little bit old but well maintained. Room size quite big if considering the average level in Japan, we added a bed for kid and it was very comfortable.

Overall the hotel has a great team of staff crew (reception, concierge, restaurant, etc) who are very helpful, friendly, attentive, and courteous. All are great people! This is the hotel which I love to stay again. However, I am disappointed that the Hotel loyalty program is not offered to foreigners like me.

Typhoon hit Okinawa during my stay. Thankful that the hotel is so well located and has great infrastructure which was not affected by the storm. The hotel is experienced in handling the typhoon situation, guests were well taken care of, and no interruption of power, water and food supplies when the city was closed down.
