No hot water and no apology or reason. Staff quite blank!

It is a beautiful modern property on water bear the old town. Easy access to drive into and parking on site m. Possibly best breakfast ever. Excellent hotel.

Our room was pretty small. It was okay for a single night's stay though.

There's an upscale hotel in Vilnius called Pacai - it's built in a restored 17th century mansion and is one of the best hotels in Lithuania. Berman House is an economy version of hotel Pacai - it has a very similar vibe with some exposed brick walls reminiscing of the building's past, it also has this modern touch everywhere you look but at the same time you cannot help but feel like a time traveller. It cozy, but feels pretty luxurious. Great location, clean rooms and a sense of luxury for the fraction of the price.

Rooms are a bit small. We had a room with river view, but it was very loud with an open window due to heavy traffic on the street. Rooms are AC equipped, so this solves the issues. And on the 3rd floor was low water pressure.

Amazing location, clean and nice hotel, available parking for additional price. Self check-in after working hours with detailed instructions.

I could hear the outside traffic in my room a little, so people sensitive to noise from the street might have a bit of a problem sleeping. You can, however, book a room on the opposite side of the hall I believe, should be less noisy.

Great place to stay in Kaunas. Very well decorated and with good style. Room were comfortable and pleasant, bed was excellent and bathroom had super good details and design. I did not hear a sound in my whole stay in this hotel. If I come back I would repeat 100%.

Small room. Two single and very small beds.

The room was very clean and had everything you could want. The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. Staff was great and gave all the info we needed. Location - amazing. Nor far away from Žalgirio arena and the old town.

I love their interior and how clean it is in their rooms. It is when you feel comfortable not wearing slippers on the carpet and in bathroom. And the location is great.

The walls were thin as paper, you could hear the neighbours snore in the room next door.

Location was great- very near to the old town, bus station was super near. Clean and comfortable bed. Very nice and helpful staff. Take some time and get a massage there! The massagetherapist was really good- very cheap 60min for about the 40€

Can be a little noisy with cars because the hotel is on a busy road, but its not too bad.

Great location to explore old town. Area felt very safe for a solo female traveler. Good accessibility for public transport and easy reach from airport. The tv in the room had netflix which was an unexpected bonus!

Next to a busy street so opening a window - not recommended We booked wheelchair accessible room but not all aspects of it were accessible Example - shower was not usable, no seat and rails there Closet - too high to hang clothes for a wheelchair user Doos - very heavy which makes it hard to move while in the wheelchair Bed is too low for a wheelchair user
