We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe noted when we arrived that the cleaning had not been finished before our arrival. We notified our hosts and appreciated that the cleaning staff came back and offered to sort out whatever needed to be done but we had already done it ourselves. What impressed us was the fast response - it was quick and easy to contact the hosts, they replied very quickly and every effort was made to rectify the issue.
We loved everything about our apartment at Pakasa! After nearly two weeks, it felt almost like home and we were sad to leave. The apartment is just as in the photos - beautifully furnished with everything to a very high quality. The beds were extremely comfortable - so much so, we made a note of the brand of mattress for the next time we need to buy a new bed. Shower was superb. Washing machine was very handy to have. We liked the apartment so much, we may consider applying for a longer stay when we're ready to move to Leiden later this year, to use as our base while we look for a house to buy.

United KingdomThe bed is two single mattresses held together, so you do need to avoid slipping down the crack in the middle. There is car parking but it is a high fee every day which adds up fast, and honestly, we didn't miss having a car - unless you have mobility issues I'd recommend walking and using public transport, or hiring a bike.
Great location in the heart of the historic part of the city, very easy to explore, and 20 minutes walk from the train station for seeing further afield into Amsterdam and beyond. Very cosy and well equipped. Literally a stone's throw from Leiden Christmas market too if you're there in mid-December, and five minutes from a supermarket for stocking up on essentials. Excellent bonus to have our own washer dryer in the apartment and a dishwasher so we didn't have to worry about doing dishes on holiday. The shower is spacious enough for two, and the sofa was so comfortable we kept falling asleep on it! WiFi worked perfectly, and the information on how to use appliances was very informative and appreciated. We were also gifted a set of three LED candles for Christmas on our check-out day which was a lovely surprise!

Wonderful location, the best views and a peaceful setting. Proximity to supermarket, shops, Saturday market and within 15 minutes (beautiful) walk of the station. Very comfortable beds. Quiet.
