The place looks cleaned often but needs some work done. There are a lot of cockroaches. When I say a lot I mean, cockroaches are just crawling all over the place, got into my bags, are in your bed, they are literally everywhere. I would have stayed longer if not for the cockroaches and insects all over

what i didn't like was they dont answer my message thru email, text, even in viber and when i called the no. provided in their email. i went personally there just to ask my inquiry about if they have flexible hrs in check in and check out. and i saw the receptionist just using cellphone while at work so how come they're not answering my inquiries right? tsk. then she didnt inform me that there's no receptionist on duty from 12am to 8am when i ask if i will check out early. so i just left the key to the guards since i need to be at work before 7am. and she didnt even give me the wifi password tsk

In the first room we had no WIFI, no toilet seat and a loud air condition. We asked for another room, with working WIFI and a proper toilet, but there was no vacant room until the next day. After one horrible night they provided us a room with at least WIFI and a toilet seat, but still a loud A/C. There were no dustbins in the room. Also there were some cockroaches in our room. The area in which the hotel is located is not the best one. Many poor people are sleeping in the streets and you may feel uncomfortable while walking around outside. The English skills of the staff were not good.

At the entrance of the building there was a security 24/7. Both guys were pretty nice and the always let us heat some water. (Bc. there was no water-boiler in the hotel..). The hotel staff tried to help as good as possible with their limited English skills.

Location is good BUT super noisy; not a super nice part of the city. Wi fi is useless in the rooms. Bathroom had not toilete sit on (we had to put it) and the flush was broken, we had to open it and flush manually. There was no cleaning service so by the end of our stay the floor was pretty dirty, maybe if you ask they clean the room.

Location is good, right next to a train station and a optiont to eat and buy food. Room is super big. AC is old but worked perfectly. There is hot water to shower.

The rooms had cockroaches, there were no complimentary soap and shampoo, tissue paper (basic needs). There was a table but no chair. No outlet to plug chargers near the bed. The sink was outside the bathroom, including the trash bin. There was also no cabinet to put clothes or even small wardrobe to hang clothes/ wet towels.

Location - it was near the places we planned to visit. Air-conditioning was working well even if it looked so old. Shower heater worked fine.

Wi-fi connection is unstable. Remote control for TV and tv plus is not working so we only can watch one channel. No toiletries were provided.

1. There's a slight stain on their linen 2. The room is spacious but there is no chair, I requested but they only gave me stool. 3. Having a hard time to use their shower. 4. No provided sleepers. 5. There's a leaking on their aircon 6. They are not prepare enough as I need to request for a towel, tissue and bottle water

Staff is very accommodating. They allowed me to stay for an hour instead of the usual checkout though they charged me 200pesos but it's okay. Thank youuu for the assistance.
