Great location in Alfama close to lots of nice restaurants and with lovely views in the outdoor area. The bed was really comfortable. Host is super responsive and communicates well.

The property is spacious which is good enough for a family stay. I specifically like the location where is quiet and only minutes walk away from those popular sites. Kevin the staff is super helpful and friendly.

There were lots of ants in the kitchen.

It was just a bit hard to find the place since we had to walk from the Main Street. And the walk way was rocky and hard for the luggage to carry.

we loved everything. Some reviews mentioned you can hear noise from the terrace - this was not the case for us but all of the other travellers staying here were quiet. Maybe it would be an issue in the summer of people were out late on the terrace.

amazing location - quiet in spite of it being in the heart of Alfama. The beds were very comfortable and there was extra bedding in the closet which is good because I was cold in the night. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and the bottle of wine that was left for us at check-in was a lovely touch! We loved the terrace and the gorgeous view. We came in on an overnight flight and Kevin sent us a message as soon as our room was ready for check in so that we could rest a bit.

It would be helpful to let prospective guests know its a bit of a hike on the narrow cobblestone alleys to get there. We were exhausted after 160 miles of hiking and had an injured ankle, so we should NOT have taken the metro. Otherwise it's fine to metro to Santa Apolónia, which if no injuries and no heavy luggage is not far. Renovations were done in a bit of a slipshod way, but things worked and shower was good! One night the next apartment was very noisy, and sound travels. The 2nd night all was quiet.

Gorgeous view looking right out to the Pantheon in the heart of the Alfama district. Easy to get to many sites of interest close by- the Pantheon, Castello, Fado Museum & many many restaurants, the historic walking tours, etc. Apts opened onto a communal Terrace which was spacious and had a gorgeous vista. When people in the other apartments around us were quiet it was a lovely and peaceful spot to hang out and feel calm in the center of a vibrant old town district. Apt was well supplied and comfortable- could be fine to cook simple meals if desired. Kevin was always helpful!

The walk to the property has a lot of stairs and roads that are not very good for luggage. We stayed and only had 6 backpacks and one suitcase. We stored our luggage at the airport in the locker which saved us for this trip. That would have been brutal having to carry 6 more pieces of luggage for our family. Also the railing going up the stairs in property is not there if you have concerns for kids.

Since check in is only at 3pm we arrived very early but had to hold onto our bags until 12noon when we were allowed to leave our bags at reception at a cost of 5 euros. also on checking out we had to leave our bags for another 5 euros, since our airport pick up was only at 5pm. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for the service.

It would be great if there plates and cutlery for children.

Very clean and comfortable. There is also heating, a great advantage on those colder and humid nights. Really close to restaurants, little bakeries and markets to get your essentials. Travelled with a toddler and she really enjoyed going up and down the stairs. The Lisboa hills weren’t enough for her. The hotel manager was always quick to respond to any inquiries we had and very knowledgeable about great spots in the area.

The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. It was in the old town in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the train station and very close to restaurants and shops. It was wonderful having such a large shared terrace to sit out on in the evenings. Kevin was a good host.

Fantastic location, with large terrace to sit out with the view of the Pantheon. We stayed in the two bedroom duplex apartment which exceeded expectations. Very clean and comfortable apartment for the five days we stayed. Small supermarkets and great restaurants nearby. Kevin was really helpful with any questions.

The only thing we'd comment on is that the apartment is a little further out from the centre. But it's not a big issue as there is a metro stop very close and it's a lovely walk into the centre. Plus for that view, who can complain!

Just a really lovely place. View of the Pantheon is amazing! The apartment had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Amenities in the kitchen were great, the washing machine was a life saver. Beds were super comfy, and there was no noise from the streets below. We were very grateful to be allowed to check in early to drop our bags for only 5 euros. Will absolutely be staying again :)

Nothing can't comment on the staff as didn't see them. Little hard to find when you aren't sure of the area but nothing google maps can't help.

The location was incredible so central right by the metro station to. Very clean and such a nice view in the morning. Very hospitable with checking in and accommodating to times.

It got very noisy at night with people sitting out on the terrace having drinks right outside our window plus neighbours upstairs moving around loudly.
