The location is very central. The room had a lot of charm, just like the hotel. I enjoyed the fact that the hotel is a historical building refurbished in a hotel. The host, Davide, was very helpful and welcoming!

Davide was extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located in a lovely square. The room was comfortable with a large shower room. The rest of the building was historical with a lovely atmosphere. Amazing value for money, would definitely recommend.

The whole experience staying there was excellent, nothing negative.

This accommodation was amazing, Davide met us at the location and check in was seamless. The hotel is an old home that has been refurbished very tastefully in a traditional style. The room was way above our expectations, there is a bedroom and a separate room with the tv and a huge bathroom and everywhere in the facility was spotlessly clean. The breakfast that was provided was great with a good selection of cereal, yogurt, breads, cheese and cold cuts. There was also bacon and scrambled eggs and a selection of teas and a pot of coffee. Breakfast start at 8am. Parking is right outside the door and you are required to pay for parking between 8am and 7pm, think the rate is 1 euro for 2 hours so you may have to pay for parking early in the morning and late in the afternoon if you are still at the facility. The hotel is very close to bars, restaurants and the marina so is a very convenient location. I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend this location.

The light in the bedroom was dim. Can’t think of anything else to suggest.

Although our room was small, it was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. We were welcome and encouraged to use the living space upstairs. It was lovely to be able to sit and read by the large windows facing the square in the large sitting room after walking all afternoon. Breakfast was expansive and delicious ~ yogurt, fruit, cereal, cheese, meats, eggs and bread. Our hosts truly made our stay special!

It lacked the presence of staff and the sweet young man who let us in on our arrival did not speak English so had difficulty helping us with an error made with our reservation. It was corrected, however, in a fairly short period of time.

Quiet area, 5-10 min walk to main area of Ponta Delgada. Daily room cleaning, comfortable bed and ok breakfast enough to get your day started. Also, a lot of parking spots right outside (make sure you pay)

Beautiful building with fabulous renovation in keeping with age of building. Great location on lovely square with cafe on doorstep and great restaurants 5/10 min stroll away. Hosts were lovely and very helpful to ensure our stay was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay in this exceptional facility and would be more than happy to come again. The villa is a magnificent historic site owned by the same family since 17th century! High ceilings, huge halls and staircases, antic furniture in common areas and plenty of unobtrusively exposed artifacts make you feeling like you're living in another time. The staff is extremely friendly and especially we want to thank to our host David who made us feel like at home and patiently gave us all information about the island, attractions and how to get there. Very special historic building with nice decor and touch. Very spacious room, nice zone for rest. Very good aircon. Biiiiig bathroom. Quiet and calm place in city center with the view on a park close to everything. Good wifi. Very friendly and helpful host. Parking is available on the street just in front of hotel - during day for payment for sure ,during might I do not know.

I liked everything, the hotel is in a central area but a quiet one, the host was very kind and the hospitality was the best. He also called a taxi when I left for the airport because my flight was early in the morning. The room was very clean and comfortable.I’d would like to come back and visit again
