Bathroom door hinges need lubricant, loud squeaking wakes other person when one goes to the restroom at night. Also, one of the top hinges on one door, going out to the balcony, needs minor repair.

No electric outlet IN bathroom for blow dryer. Very surprising that a new hotel would be built with only accusations for a man’s shaver. Big disappointment.

There wasn’t anything in particular. To be nitpicking, washcloths would be nice but most European hotels don’t provide them. We asked for extra hand towels, which were promptly delivered to the room. We arrived around 11:00 am but check-in isn’t until 2:00 pm and unfortunately they didn’t have a room ready yet 😞but they stored our luggage so we could go into town. However, our luggage was already in the room when we finally checked in.

The hotel interior and our room have a contemporary, modern design but with classic elegance, very soothing, relaxing colors. The room was spacious for European hotels. It had a separate restroom and shower area, which happens very seldom in the hotel rooms but it’s very convenient. Both were fairly good size. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was white, crispy clean, nice pillows and plenty of them. Bath towels were pretty large, which we like and also good quality. The sink area had a fair size countertop, which provided plenty of space for our own cosmetics. We liked very much the haircare, bath and body products used in this hotel, their fragrance and quality Verveine by L’Occitane. There was a refrigerator in the room and a kettle so you could make coffee or tea. A nice touch was complimentary water and few other drinks like soda and juice. The room was pretty quiet though on the busy street. The breakfast buffet was very good with many hot and cold options including fresh fruit. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and it was delicious. The stuff was very courteous, prompt, informative and helpful especially Jessica at the front desk. She arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport on the day of our departure. The driver was on time, very polite, provided information regarding various terminals since my husband and I were flying to 2 different destinations. He went beyond the call of duty helping us with the luggage. He got a luggage cart for us, loaded it and took it to the elevator for us. It was very thoughtful and considerate of him and we greatly appreciated it. Jessica also answered all our questions and gave us a lot of information regarding how to get to various places and what is where. She also arranged for a boxed breakfast for us since we had to check out very early. Also a nice touch was a huge cocktail glass with candy on the coffee table in the lobby.

The surrounding area/ street is not as clean and quiet as the property and very busy at peaks times/ harder to access.

It was quiet in the room, and the room had very different aspects to what we’ve seen before, big mirror/ tv in the wall for example. Super clean and seemed quite new

One issue with our room TV remote consistently disconnecting with the TV making it unusable. Otherwise everything was exceptional

My safe did not work and was not fixed in the 3 nights stay. Minor electronic glitches. Area is just about getting gentrified but walk downtown is, let’s say, nothing to write home about. Downtown by walk is 20 minutes away.

It’s far from all tourist attractions. But there is a subway station in front of the hotel, and Uber is very cheap!

Nothing, just a small detail, room was opposite the elevator, and through out the night I could hear the pinging sound of the elevator leaving and arriving. But with earplugs all well.

While the rooms were definitely of a high quality, I think that sometimes form overrode functionality, especially around the shower/toilet area.

Very nicely appointed hotel in a very convenient location just yards away from the Metro. The rooms were very nicely designed and the staff were very helpful.

Location, although on a walkable distance from center and other top locations, the road to and from the hotel goes through a not-so-clean and well maintained street and square.

A few strange design choices but all good. A bit noisy even though the windows were high quality, as we were overlooking main road.

Rooms looked great! Breakfast was very good. Reasonably priced. Surrounding area is a bit hit and miss, but that didn’t bother us. We walked to main tourist areas in the morning and then just got a taxi (Bolt) back to the hotel in the evenings.
