Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAt 3am I was charged for the room when I had already paid through booking.com. It was very late and I was with my daughter. Now why would anyone want my experience in this beautiful country or things I l love doing like travel or just living my normal life to be sullied. I understand it was not the staff's fault - I have a harassment issue unrelated to this hotel and Jeddah, but it is being dealt with by the authorities of the country. Thank you

OmanThe WiFi is very weak from the room I'm staying in + the sound is very annoying from the motors on the same floor outside the room + the view is very bad and overlooking electrical motors which are the source of the disturbance. Also, the check-in time is quite late, considered to be at 4pm

Big mall. Spa recently opened with medium quality standard. Mohammad, the lifeguard, is a gentleman very careful about the guest 10/10 for him In general, it is a good choice when visiting Jeddah.

Abdullah helped us and gave us a free late check out as it was the fasting month. The rooms are very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. They have a nice gym and facilities as well.

Saudi ArabiaThe chick in time is very late Some rooms with a sea view are located next to the elevator and above the hotel entrance which is very very noisy, I would recommend booking a city view if you are a light sleeper.
The staff members are incredibly supportive, I asked them to change my room to be able to rest and they immediately did, thanks specially to Omar the duty manager, and Agateto and Waood from the front desk. I loved also the location. I absolutely adore the room decor.

United KingdomWebsite says that there is a women's pool and spa. There is a pool outside but only men and children use it, and there were fully clothed people sat around eating, so didn't feel it was respectful to swim in a swim suit. Ordered seabass in the restaurant (that should have come with mussles) and was given an array of seafood. I ate it without complaint, but was also charged double what I originally ordered. Finally, I booked for 3 nights. On day 2 after 1 night, I was informed by my work that I was needed in Riyadh the following day and therefore needed to cancel 1 night. Booking.com says that it's refundable, but haven't heard back from them and hotel itself could not help me.
room and room facilities were all amazing. Entrance to mall and Cornice is great. (F1 barriers stopped me walking to the sea, but that's not hotel's fault)
