Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

My child got sick They were giving rooms to walk in customers with breakfast at SAR 120 while I paid SAR 400+ without breakfast. The housekeeping staff were the only professional staff I observed. Overall, I am very disappointed at spending this much amount and for the poor guest behavior.

NigeriaIts unfortunate that i forgot my pair of sneekers (hush puppy ) in my room, and they could not be recovered. The house keepers refused to give me the shoes. This is an usual behaviour for a hotel of this standard. I initially sent mail through booking.com to the hotel an hour after my checking out. Therefore am warning intending guest to be careful of thier belongings. There's possibility that forgotten items might not be recovered

EgyptAlthough the housekeeping staff were cleaning the room everyday, the bed sheets were not changed for the entire 4 days we stayed. On the last day we found a tick on the bed which made us not sleep.
Location is really prime, just across the street from the Haram. Breakfast was good but repetitive. The staff were very welcoming and professional.
