Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe asked for a disabled friendly room but one was nor reserved. We had to chase up twice and got given one on the 2nd day but lost our haram view which we paid extra for. Was very upset by this. Also room is run down. Did not seem 4 5 star. More like a 3 star place. Also staff were not as helpful as you would like. Had to keep constantly chasing for things
The location was great. Very close to the haramain. There was a good selection for breakfast and dinner as we had half board.

United KingdomReception staff needs more customer service training. Arab guys in the reception thinks they own the hotel. They need to remember we are the customer and we pay their wages ( sorry for being harsh ) but the hotel isn’t cheap for the reception guys to talk to customers anyhow.

IndiaIf staying over 3 days, skip the breakfast package as Al Zahra restaurant's menu doesn't change. I stayed for 10 nights and requested a move to Al Yasmin Restaurant for 4 days for a change, but they denied it. Rooms need renovation, and the hotel is aware. They inform you of potential discomfort upon arrival. Something caused itching, as small insects were seen on the bed.
The location is perfect - everyone knows it.

BangladeshService was good. Try to continue maintaining the same. During Ramadan we are facing problem for booking hotel because there was time slot for room. It was not match my requirement. I need room for three days but slot was for four days/ five days. so I paid for more days though I stayed three days.
Location, breakfast and room was good. Service also was excellent. Hotel Authority kept prayer space in the hotel area. It is very helpful for peoples who are staying in the hotel.

Saudi ArabiaThe rooms are bit dark. The air conditioning was not cooling efficiently in spite of putting the thermostat set point to 16. The wash room are not designed properly. There is a water hammering effect when using shattaf. And the shower is fixed with a very low ceiling height making people of 5 feets and above difficult to take head bath. Also, the claim that partial Kaaba view is not true. We could only see partial Haram yard. I will not blame this for hotel management. In my opinion, the Hotel Authorities shall review the complete hotel again and requalify the rooms based on current Haram construction works to make sure they deliver what they promised. May be they need to disqualify many room which were previously qualified for Kaaba view.
The location is absolutely fabulous. I did not try breakfast. The rooms are quite.

The location was fantastic and the reception person who checked us in was very kind and welcoming Breakfast was very good!

Saudi ArabiaHowever, I faced issues with the housekeeping service. Unfortunately, they did not answer my calls, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, I noticed that the rooms were in need of an upgrade. Many of the wall mounts were broken, and the overall appearance of the rooms was not up to par. The washrooms also seemed outdated and could benefit from renovations. Moreover, the mattresses were noticeably old, which affected the overall comfort during my stay. One aspect that particularly disappointed me was the price charged for the accommodation. Paying $820 for a two-night stay, I had expected a higher level of quality and service. If the management is intentionally neglecting upgrades, it gives the impression that they are taking advantage of the hotel's prime location rather than prioritizing guest satisfaction. Furthermore, the breakfast provided at Pullman Zam Zam was average and did not match the standards I would expect from a five-star hotel. The selection and quality of the food were not exceptional, leaving room for improvement.
During my recent stay at Pullman Zam Zam in Makkah, I had a mixed experience overall. While some aspects of the hotel were satisfactory, there were several areas that left room for improvement. Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the helpfulness of the receptionists, Rayan Mohammed Al Qahtani and Yasir. They were attentive and provided assistance whenever needed. Their presence was a positive aspect of my stay.
