We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice, cozy hotel, very central, near the market. Has nice swimming pool but unfortunately couldn't use it because of maintenance.

In Thailand all Beds are huge sizes, if you are wondering why many Thai hotels offer family only one double bed for a family of 3 (even 4) that is because all their beds in all hotels (we stayed in 6 hotels) are about 2 meters wide! It can fit three adults easily on one bed! No hotels explains that so hope this helps with other families with kids.

United KingdomThe “co-working” space didn’t have air con and it’s directly next to the pool. It was fine to work in the evening though. (Maybe they could section a small part off and have a small air-con area)
The bed was huge and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. The room was nice and clean. Staff were happy. They had complimentary tea/coffee/water. Good Wi-Fi, smart tv in the room.

Nice modern hotel in Krabi, where most hotels are very much not modern. Pretty good location, everything important is walkable.

We had to physically ask to get our room made up, the previous day we had the clean our room tagged hooked on our door handle the whole day, the room was never touched.

NetherlandsDespite the fact that co-working spaces are advertised, the internet is not working and judging by the reviews, that has been the case for some time. Strange when you advertise yourself like that. I asked about it twice but the staff didn’t seem very eager to fix it. In addition, there was a blood stain on a sheet that we had missed at check-in. When checking out they wanted us to pay 1200 baht which is of course ridiculous for washing sheets. Moreover, it is anything but customer-friendly.
The rooms are more than fine and the beds were the best beds we have had in Thailand. Spacious bathroom with bath. Everything is clean and new.
