Initially, the staff hadn't catered to/paid attention to the requests I had emailed. But later upon asking they did provide me a nice room with a great view.

The hotel was clean, the swimming pool looked great and the breakfast was quite decent.

Swimming pool is quite small and closes at 7pm, I wish it was open until atleast 10pm.

Staffs were friendly, rooms were clean, located near the walking street but it's quite (you can sleep peacefully), and the staff made sure you are safe in case of inviting any guests.

The property was new and clean, staff was helpful, and the location was perfect. It was one street over from Bangla St where all the food and nightlife were and walking distance from the beach. I love it! Definitely recommend staying.

You have to sign in and out every day for the use of swimming pool towels. Consider extending the pool hours that is currently from 10am till 7pm. More shading or umbrellas at the swimming pool area. Some of the steps to enter the pool is missing, making it difficult for mature/older people to use. There is also no hand-railings at the stairs and poses a risk to use.

Excellent location - close to Bangla Boxing, market, Bangla Street and the shopping center. Was a bit of a walk to the nearest beach, but not too far. Modern hotel - room was a good size. The reception staff friendly. Breakfast was good but suggest you consider Western visitors as well. Enjoyed the swimming pool on the 8th floor.

Small exception - Smart Door lock bolt did not function well (take note) in Room 608.

2nd time staying. While still newish in nature, must admit that more attention could be made to the little details. For example, roof top pool deck chairs need better attention. Stayed in Room 608. Clean with all amenities provided. Overall, a pleasant stay helped by friendly staff who always had a happy greeting for me.

Shower did not have a soap dispenser or a place to place your soap / shower gel. Room temperature control was near the door away from the bed and there was no instruction manual to operate the safe or how to contact reception

The approach to the hotel is in a side alley, which could be off-putting for some. If loud music is playing out on the streets, the noise does filter in through the doors, so the rooms aren't completely sound-proof. The breakfast spread could be better, but at this price, I'm not complaining.

A great value for money hotel. The location is excellent, if one wishes to stay close to Patong beach. The rooms are spotlessly clean, which could be attributed to the fact that it's a new establishment. Most basic amenities are available. They provided day-use beach towels as well, which was super convenient. Their airport cab rates are also fairly decent.

You cannot close the door perfectly when you have a shower, then water comes out flowing everywhere in your bathroom.

Best location, next to Bannzan Market and Shopping Centers and 10 mins easy walk to Patong beach. Breakfast is good. Good service of housekeeping.

The shower temperature water fluctuates every other minute which was uncomfortable. When we asked them to take a look, they just said it was normal. And the pillows were very flat. The gym was very small and didn't have much equipment.

The breakfast was good and had many options. The location was very convenient to popular tourist destinations. They give free hot coffee during the day and provide pool towels.

Bathroom amenities were very minimal. The shower was hot but it didn’t drain the water properly we had to remove the drainer to let the water through. The washroom itself had mold and other things between the tiles You can hear everything in the hallway very clearly. People leaving and going into their rooms, slamming their doors, talking. It was all very loud. The door doesn’t close properly so u have to force shut it, people forget this so the door lock is constantly beeping for them to close it but the guests have already left so it’s left beeping.

Its a new hotel. Everything is neat and tidy. The walking street and beach are near by. The staff are nice, very welcoming. They have a tours at the reception if you are planing. The breakfast spread is great and tastes great.
