The location was close to shops, bus stations, and hiking locations. The staff are amazing people 🧡 friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

The shower and the toilet is in the same room/space so you have to clean up a bit after you shower, but I never had any issues with cleanliness and it was mostly fine.

All of the staff are so lovely and helpful. There’s a really cozy vibe here and I got to meet a lot of the other guests. Bed in the dorm felt private enough for me and linens were clean. Breakfast was big and the apple tea they have is delicious. Great location with easy access to the rest of the town.

I can’t think of anything

You don’t feel like you’re at hostel, you feel that you’re at your friends’ house. There is always a smiling face to greet you at the front desk to help you find a spot for the hot air balloons, offer a hiking route that only locals know, or guide you to the most authentic and affordable places to eat. Cave rooms are cool and bathrooms are clean. Water pressure is strong and temperature is hot. And because you’ll make friends over breakfast with other guests, there’s no better base camp for your adventures in Kapadokya.

Mattress was not very comfortable and could feel the springs underneath. Bathrooms are small with toilets and showers combined so whole area gets wet during showers.

Where do I even start? This hostel was amazing, and I loved my stay here. The people here make you feel at home, it's not just that they're nice and helpful; they really make you feel like you're staying with family. It's a small hostel, just 3 private rooms and 3 or 4 shared rooms (maybe there's more, but I didn't see them?), and the atmosphere it's so chill and easy going, very easy to socialize either at breakfast or in the afternoon chilling in the porch, or be on your own if you so prefer. The people staying at the hostel, at least when I was there, seemed to be 30 yo and older for the most part, some mid- twenties folks too, not many universities aged people. Some really interesting and very well traveled folks there! Hostel is on a quiet street, and the hostel itself is not very noisy (not a party hostel at all), but very close to all the stores, restaurants and bars of the main tourist area. Breakfast its included, it was a mix of eggs, bread, fruits, coffee, or tea; all day, coffee and tea are free.

This was the best hostel I stayed while traveling in Turkey. The staff is super friendly and welcoming! they have so many good recommendations, specially for places to eat. Breakfast is good too! Is a small hostel which also makes it a very easy place to socialize with other travelers.

It's hard to believe all the reviews but I was delighted to be proven wrong. this was truly an amazing hostel, the best I've ever stayed at. The friendliest people, amazing service, super clean, privacy curtains and comfortable. It absolutely made my stay amazing and memorable.

Diadem is the best place to stay in Cappadocia. Perfect location, fair price, peaceful, fresh & tasty breakfast and the hospitality of the people is beyond what I’ve expected. I arrived late as my flight was delayed and Avni the owner greeted me with a warm welcome and mentioned my name, he helped me with almost everything 😂 even activating my Esim. Elayda & Seyhan (morning shift) are my buddies, assisted me to plan my day even if im indecisive, i will never forget the day that we sung a recorded happy birthday song for my friends. Seyhan (night shift) will prepare a tea for you even it’s 3AM & the strong & fast Susan that keeps the room & toilet clean hats off to all of you. I’ve stayed in new hotel in Istanbul with a cozy & big room but I had the worst service there. Avni you deserved to have a successful business, aswell to your team, you all deserve the best. You can top the service even the 5star hotels in Dubai. You made me feel like a family. Thank you! I miss you guys! See you again. ❤️

A flawless experience from start to finish. Thank you team Diadem for such an incredible stay - this wasn't just a hostel, it was a home. Staff know you by name, you're offered tea and coffee all day, and they gave the absolute best recommendations. Such genuine kindhearted people. What I didn't like are trivial stuff, for example I really wished if the rooms had some lockers where we can store our stuff, and beds were not so comfortable but ok.

I stayed here at Diadem Cappadocia for two nights, and my stay was really fantastic. The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean. The location is very convenient close to the city center and all the other attractions. The breakfast and the apple tea that they served were really very tasty. The rooms were so large (with large free space) and not so pricey. But what I like the most are hostel staff, they are super friendly and very helpful. I really wish them good luck and all the best. I highly recommend it.
