at times the live events organized were a bit loud and we could hear the noise from the room

everything was great- rooms were super clean and big enough for our family, the staff is all super nice, lots of food and there are really options for everyone and the beach is 3 min away. My son especially enjoyed the Kids Club and all the events organized in the evening

The gym closed 15 min before the official time... And they kept reminding us that we have to move along

I had to extend my stay cause everything was just wonderful. We had a little bit of issues with the gym and the pushy sales staff but other than that the food is amazing, the room was big and so nice. The WiFi was excellent, we work remotely so the internet was extremely important

Very nice resort, well maintained, green and beautiful, a lot of palms and other trees; interesting architecture. Excellent location. Delicious food and cocktails as well as all kind of pastries. The beach is impeccable - no rocks, no seaweeds and very big. The staff is so friendly and speaks several languages. The animation team did a great job. Check in and check out was fast and easy. The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. For those who like to explore it is easy and safe to go out of the resort. Shared taxi costs 1 EUR per person /per ride. I was surprised that in mid-April people could stay all day on the beach and even swim in the sea. Thank you Kamelya Aishen Club! We enjoyed a lot! We will definitely come back! Strongly recommend!!!

Laundry bags were consistently visible and conveniently placed near apartment stairs or along pathways.

We were highly impressed with the quality of food and the variety of options available. Everything served was fresh, clean, and accompanied by new dishes at every meal. Additionally, the entire property was well-maintained and pristine. Both the beach and swimming pool were impeccably clean, and the lifeguards were attentive to ensure the safety of all guests.

1. At least one swimming pool out of so many pools in 3 hotels could be heated in April. Even indoor pools were extremely cold in April. We all caught a cold because of the temperature of the water. Only by the end of our stay the water was quite normal to have a short swim, by the end of April it was warmed by the sun. Everybody was just sunbathing, 4-5 people could swim in such cold water. 2. €10 euro was missing from my bag at the day before check out. I kept it in bag, not in the safe deposit box, so to give tips to a taxi driver next day. At first the key card was missing in the energy slot when we came back to the room from the beach, after €10 was missing from my bag)))) Not a big loss, but very unpleasant that someone was going through my bag. This has taught me to keep all my stuff in the safe deposit box next time.

Everything was perfect: the stuff, territory, location, food was very very good. I would return to that place again with my kids. For kids all facilities in the hotel are great: waterpark, mini club, staff, mini zoo. Everybody was so warm and kind to kids❤️

Upon arrival we have been upgraded from Aishen Club standard room to SELIN Beach House which was 2 categories higher. The entire area of all hotels is beautiful and well kept. Food is on high level and more then you need. Selection of bars and drinks is huge. During the day there is a lot of activities so the is no room for you to get board. Beach is wide and long with cleaning service and bars + is hotel property with free service. WIFI is strong in every area - on the beach was as good as in the main building. Staff is very friendly and speaks English or German. This was our best hotel and vacation so far. April, May and September are the best months to visit here as it is not so hot and there is not full occupancy. Highly recommend this 5 star property. Regards from Lukasz and Monika. Poor sound insulation in hotel number 1712 from outside noise. When someone walked or spoke in corridor we could hear literally everything.

Location is great, huge territory with different entertainment zones, bars, restaurants and spa. Great service, delicious food, comfortable sun beds in every zone where we were.

No bar service, often long queues for bar and housekeeping services pretty poor, but guest relations sorted after missing cleaning for 3 days of no cleaning or cleaning after 6 p.m other than niggles with that, a great stay restaurant good, but poor fish and meat choices.

Great stay, room a little tired, but nothing to really complain of, but comfortable made up for in space and much better than I imagined, 3 great balconies and loads of storage space , comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, great dressing room as well, mini bars x 2. Resort is huge , swimming pools fantastic and so much to do.Al a cartes amazing, beach fantastic, so many great facilities

food is 90% the same every day but enough food till last minute of the serving time. life night is weak Evenings when they have live music they close at 11:00 PM or max 11:45 PM, but when you warm up everything is quiet. Such a large hotel must also have something to offer for people who are looking for fun longer into the evening in open air. there is an indoor disco in the basement from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM, but because it is closed area, its not feeling well even though the ventilation is good, but you do not feel very comfortable, few people come to it. There are far too many staff but few behind the bar , not enough bartenders so there is always a very long line until you can get a drink and this is very boring for a coffee or drink you have to stand in line for a very long time. more staff behind the bar would be more pleasant

I arrived in hotel in 10 of April and swimming pool was very cold like a ice 🧊 it was impossible to swim there so uwe can’t enjoy with the pool unfortunately indoor pool was so cold too.

Very nice hotel with lots facilities, good swimming pools, aqua park and beach . Good for child they had fun . Room was better than in a pictures .

The staff almost everywhere was very unfriendly and acting like they were doing you a favour when you were ordering something. I was wondering, if this is their behaviour at the beginning of the season, how it would be 6 months from now. The barista at Fika coffee lounge closed the bar 20 mins earlier and didn't want to get me anything, saying that he is not taking orders and 18:00 is actually when they leave work but not the working hours for customers. Our last day, we went for the early breakfast, which should be until 06:30, we were in front of the door at 6:10 and it was already closed. The waitress just looked and us from afar and turned her back. Also then, when I asked the piccolo guy to help us with our bags, as in the building we were there was no elevator, was having his morning tea and pretended he doesn't speak English, just because I was interrupting his morning routine. For reference- when he was carrying the bags our 1st day, he was speaking really good English. Then I used some words in Turkish and he couldn't pretend he doesn't understand anymore, so very unhappy, he went for the bags. We were in Aishen Club, where almost everything was closed - the pools, the bars, etc., even though according to their site just one of the a la carte restaurants was not working, everything else should have been operational. The main gate was also closed, so we needed to walk 2-3 km more, just to get to the street with the buses.

Overall the hotel was great. The room was amazing, there was a lot of places to go, the food was great, it was very clean, there were toilets everywhere. The beach was very big and there was enough space between the sunbeds. It was very beautiful place and there was a lot of choices where to be. Ultimately a great place to be, would return here.
