I liked everything!

I am completely conquered by Ramira Joy Hotel for it's helpful, complaisant & attentive personnel, for it's attractive location (6 minutes to the Kleopatra beach and 5 minutes to everywhere, the market, shopping center, etc. I have also taken Hurrem's Spa procedure, which was fantastic. And , for any doubts, Kleopatra beach outstandingly gorgeous place to visit!!!The meal was diverse & delicious, dry white Chardonnay is worth trying, the room was cosy & comfortable, everything you need is available with staff assistance. I arrived at night and due to personnel was welcomed and supported. Fresh, clean laundry and towels, all bathroom stuff are completely provided.

The meet section is moderate, can get boring if you stay longer.The restaurant can get busy during the dinner.A lot of tables for 4pp are used by couples. Fitness is small.

The staff is kind and friendly, especially the boys from the pool bar.The hotel is clean and nice.The beach is 10-12 mins walking or 2-3 mins with car.They have shuttle.

Especially the furnished balcony , restaurant-outside seating and all the Restaurant and cleaning staff . Lovely pool with bar .... and two perfect working elevators . Did not like the (non)smoking policy on balcony's . Better create a smoking corner somewhere or offer some smoking rooms ( or 1 entire Floor ) for those who are really addicted . Free shuttle service to beach several times daily and taxi ( 5 - 9 Euro ) in front of Hotel to visit interesting Castle and lovely Harbor .

Nothing to say, everything was amazing

One of the best Holidays experience for me and my husband. The staff of the hotel are really professional and so friendly, always smiling and always doing everything they can to make you happy and make sure you get everything you need. Really beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable and very well located, close walking distance from everything and in a great quiet area. The food is really tasty and amazing, great and big variety of selected Turkish and international food that we are never been hungry. Great welcome by Ayhan and Kadir at The Beach 15 from the Ramira Joy Hotel as well who will take care of you with a smile and great customer service at the beach . Honestly, really nothing to said because it was just the perfect holidays. Thank you to the General Manager of The Ramira Joy Hotel and all his employees because they are really working hard to give you the best you can get during your Holidays in Alanya.

The mattress is hard, not comfortable Windows is not soundproof. otherwise, everything is OK

It is very noisy at night from the street. And there are not a lot shelves in the room where you can put things from a suitcase …

The location of the hotel is good. The staff is very wonderful, everyone is very friendly and always happy and ready to help. We arrived before check-in, but we were allowed to go to breakfast and checked in upon arrival. Good delicious food.

The hotel was excellent. Initially, the employees at the reception and in general at the hotel served us in whatever we needed. The hotel is very close to the beach, and generally offers many facilities. The cleanliness of the rooms was at a high level. The cuisine and dishes are also excellent. Local flavors, very tasty and all this was included in the price. Also, their immediate response to emails is very important.

We came in the winter season. Several services were shut down, many of which I understand. But I was surprised that it was not possible to get a towel for the beach. We had to buy one ourselves. We would have liked to check-in 1 hour earlier, but unfortunately this was not possible.

The hotel is very comfortable. The room is spacious. We liked the balcony, with a good view over Alanya. The breakfast was good, a lot of choice. The staff was friendly. It's a 15 minute walk from Cleopatra beach. There's many restaurants and bars nearby.

Reserved a pair bed, but recived two separate ones. When said that to reception, got an answer that hotel is overbooked. And only one charger near the bed

Nice food, great wi-fi, cleaning cervice including water. Shops and boutiques are close. Beach a bit far, but there is a transfer few times a day.

Of course, there's a shuttle to the hotel's beach, but it's not better than beach 4. You have to pay for water at beach 15 (the hotel's one) and if you go to Alanya it's better to go to beach 4, 'cause the sand is better there and the view is much better either. The turkish bath seemed to be open, but it was cold inside, 20-22 degrees above 0. And we were told that was fine. One of the two bar tenders seemed to be irritated by everyone.

Meals were various and tasty, fish, meat and seafood were available. The hotel is renovated and clean. The room service is good, instead of the cards that you should hang on the door knobs to ask for a room service or not, there are 2 buttons. Looks really nice and very convenient to use. It's about 10 mins walking distance to the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you to the manager who gave us a lift to the bus station! (It's not far, so you can walk there) Good price, good hotel and location is great, I would recommend it.
