Towels were old Some noise from other rooms could be heard Check-in is at 3 pm. For a check-in that late, the least they could do is have the room ready. Mine wasn't, so I had to wait. The main issue I have with this hotel is the deposit they took and still haven't returned. They take a security deposit of 4262TWD, and I paid using a card. If you choose to stay here, I advise you to use cash to pay for this deposit. It's been 46 days, and I still haven't got my money back. When I called them to check, they said they've returned it, but my bank statements say otherwise. My money hasnt been returned. If you're going to have a system that's efficient in taking money, then have the same efficiency in returning that money.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean with aircon. The bed is big and comfortable, it could use more than just 2 pillows though. Location is good, its close to a train station which is about a 10 minute walk and some shops nearby.

No toiletries only the shower gel and shampoo they have.we just need to go outside to buy some toothbrush,soap and other toiletries im not sure if all room is like that but when i go back the amenities they said conplete toiletries but in the room nothing.but over all no problem

Bathroom doesn't really have countertop so hard to find somewhere to put toiletries.

Good location very close to Taichung station and easy to take buses to nearby attractions. Plus Miyahara is around the corner so you can beat the crowds to the ice cream shop. Staff are friendly and speak good English. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable and good value.

Clean and nice staff. I arrived to hotel at 10.00PM and the staff upgraded room for me with no fee charge. The staffs were nice and friendly. The hotel is next to Family mart.

Great value. It's a small but everything inside is nice. Very modern with upscale feel. Room is spacious enough to open luggages. Excellent water pressure. Bed is very comfortable. It has a small but very nice gym. Free self-service laundry room is a big plus for traveller like myself. Hotel staffs are very attentive and helpful. It's very close to the train station and it's easy to get to.

Super friendly staff and so accommodating, they offer free self service laundry at the hotel, just need to buy the detergent ( if you don’t have any) and they have a dryer too. Location is great and we had a massive bed!

The room was on the cozy side. There were four of us and it was hard to walk around our room with out suitcases all open.

The hotel is very conveniently located. It made transportation really easy for going to other parts of Taiwan. If you wanted to Miyahara during an off hour without waiting forever in line, it was also easy. The hotel is quiet and has a very clean and comfortable feel. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but it looked ok.

The room was big but it felt more a bedroom in a house than a Hotel one, if that makes sense, which was not a big deal.

We just stayed for one day and wanted somewhere close to the train station, so it was OK. The staff was really polite. We arrived earlier than check-in time and the room was ready, that was nice. Internet great and soundproof as well. Plenty of convenience stores and bakeries around.

Nothing much about it that I did not like.

They provide free laundry. There a washing machine n dryer at the basement. Just needed to purchase the detergent. And they also have water dispenser for you to refill your water bottle. And also is near to Taichung train station, which make it convenient with luggage.
