To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Favourite hotel in Vegas. Wazuzu restaurant is great. No smoke or stuffy casino smells. Clean and great environment. Lovely staff Coffee shop very convenient Close to Wynn restaurants.

United States of AmericaI suggest that a better description be given about the different types of rooms, i.e. How is an Encore King different from the Towers King or a Resorts King? I learned while there that the Towers has a separate “private” entrance and other amenities. I don’t think any of the Booking.com pages explains the reason for one vs the other.

The room was very large and well equipped, and the view of the strip if you can stay in an even-numbered room is incredible. The food on the property is exceptional, and there is seemingly no limit to your options.

Everything was smooth and seamless. We checked in very quickly and got an AMAZING room. Encore has to have the most opulent and luxurious entry level rooms of any place in Vegas. Absolutely incredible view and the room was picturesque and spotless! Unbelievable place and our only bummer was not staying longer.
