The kind lady at the front desk was so helpful with information. She was friendly and took her time to explain to us about the bus to the train. She looked up the schedule, explained where to go to catch the bus and how much it would cost. She knew where to send us to eat when our Hotel restaurant was closed for the holiday. When we didn’t know it was a holiday she took the time to tell us about Victory Day. She was a world of knowledge and so much help to us. the beds were comfortable, there were extra pillows in the closet, the location is the best, the shower had plenty of warm/hot water and very good pressure and we had a view out our Juliet balcony and the river of Mont Saint Michel.

Easy to get parking (hotel sends a code for parking lot on mainland). Very nice experience to stay overnight in just place, when the crowds are gone. Super friendly and helpful staff. Good size of the room for one night stay.

Wonderful room! The building is older as expected, but the rooms look very modern and new. They were very clean and well set up, even with bathroom amenities. I had a peaceful view of the gardens. And the size was suitable for what I needed. Also had a bathtub that I don't often expect in European hotels. The staff was beyond kind and were very compassionate. They were even willing to help me figure out breakfast even though I was leaving early but I didn't need it. They let me know everything about the bus to the train and the shuttle bus to the island. It can seem like a bit of a walk from the car park and bus stations when you first come in but once you're on the main street, you're near everything and it's a quick walk to the shuttle, shops, and with a restaurant right across. I would recommend staying at the hotels on the mainland versus the islands mostly because it would be quite difficult to get to the island hotels with luggage plus the shuttle runs til 1am which is perfect. I wish I was there for a longer stay!

Cudowne miejsce. Ogromne wygodne łóżko. Pokój komfortowy z wieloma udogodnieniami takimi jak: bardzo szybki internet, urządzenie do przygotowywania kawy i herbaty, tv. Bardzo dobre śniadanie.

The apartment is beautifully decorated with high quality amenities, such as Rituals products. Coffee and fres madeleines were waiting for us. Easy check-in. Location is perfect, just behind the cathedral and 5 minutes walk from Place de la Republic were the C6 buses from/to the airport stop. Walking distance to most of Rennes main attractions and wonderful restaurants and bars. Will stay here again when I return to Rennes.
