The owners were lovely, the room was clean. I'm very picky about mattresses and the bed was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, just what you need after a night in Blackpool. Excellent central location.

Fantastic host, welcomed us in and showed us to out room explained everything about the hotel to us. Great sized room with big TV, robes, slippers shower gels and got drink making facilities. Hotel is situated in an excellent location pretty much in-between the tower and the pleasure beach with a tram stop nearby if you don't fancy walking. We come to Blackpool around the same time for a few nights every year and this will be the hotel we will look at first going forward.
