The room was bright and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, when we asked about dining out or finding a laundromat. The full English breakfast was piping hot and delicious . There was also cereal and fruit on the side and lots of hot coffee, tea or cold beverages. We sat in the breakfast room and watched the boats go by. we also enjoyed the pub right downstairs for food and drinks.

It was such a nice room, it's beautiful and clean with a nice smell. The room has just been renovated, so it was a pleasure to spend time there. Friendly hosts created friendly atmosphere among the guests, so it was a pleasure to spend time with them during breakfast. I had a splendid time in the city and my stay here definitely influenced my impression from the city.

Beautiful homely property perfect location close to walk yet peaceful Jayne and Keith were so welcoming and friendly felt like we were staying with friends:) Parking on site is very rare and super handy

Linda and John were amazing, extremely helpful and caring. It was truly a pleasure staying here. Food was a 10/10, and so was the hospitality and comfortability. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back😊

Recently updated - nice clean rooms with comfortable bed. Hot water in shower. There is a lockbox system to pick up the key. The email with the code was sent to my phone and I had no issues checking in (even checked in a couple of hours early).

The hosts Paul & Sharon could not do enough to ensure that our stay was special. Their breakfasts were delivered to our room on time and were full and varied. The rooms were very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The hotel situation was ideal for the beach (at the end of the road) and within a fifteen minute walk or four minute drive from the town centre.
