I highly recommend Athina's guesthouse. My room had amazing views, the host was so lovely and kind. She helped me with my heavy luggage and made some great recommendations on places to eat.The room has great amenities and is in a peaceful location.You won't be disappointed!!

Centrally located in Hydra Town and just 100 metres from the port, the traditionally built Guesthouse Alexandra features stone-built walls, iron beds and beamed ceilings.

We have been welcomed by Panagiotis with the smile. He was very warmed and helpful from the beginning, also very kind. All the service was great and the Rooms very charming with nice walls stones and white laundry. I would reserve again without a second thought !!

We loved this place. The decor and cosy atmosphere. The owners were very kind to keep our bags upon arrival even though the room was not ready. Idra is a beautiful island...

Really nice and clean room with a comfortable bed and an additional sofa to sit/read/accommodate a child. In the center of Hydra, 5 mins from the ferry, port and main restaurants. No need to climb up the street steps to reach it from the ferry which is a plus if you have heavy suitcases/pram. Very friendly staff. Very quiet. All in all, a very pleasant stay

Breakfast is served in a delightful courtyard, and the room I had, across the road from the main building, was fantastic, very spacious, clean, lots of towels, great, comfy mattress and pillows. There is also a bath which I believe bubbles up. Outside the room there were lie-down decks and the environment is pleasant enough to chill in, with cats dropping by to hang too. There is also a communal jacuzzi tub outside.

Great value for money. Amazing location, very close to beaches and the city center. Good size rooms with a lot of natural light and friendly staff. The check-in process was fast and easy. Would recommend to anyone visiting the island.
