Customer service is brilliant. The girl at the reception answered all of the questions before arrival and on the day of arrival. They made sure that there would be a double bed in the room. I did book a room for my parents. They were happy and satisfied with the facilities, room, bed, and breakfast. Swiming pool is free for guests, but it was too late to enjoy it. My parents were traveling by car, and they arrived at the hotel very late, just because their GPS brought them to a different location and it was dark (they did not use mobile apps to find the location) so for their inconvenience it took them about an hour or two to drive around to find the hotel.

It is very clean, modern, the rooms are very well equiped, everything is digitalized (temperature, lights, room service, etc.), the beds are aaaamazing, the location is very good (in the old town, but a quiet area) and they offer free coffee and tea.
