Your staff member Ms K, Miyato, Mr S, Shimbo and Ms H, Jeong was exceptionally helpful when we had to quickly organise to deliver our many pieces of luggage to our next destination. We are thankful for their professionalism and service allowing us to experience true Japanese hospitality.

Staff service is amazing, feel like we are treated like VIPs. The outdoor onsen pool is very nice and plenty of privacy. Breakfast and Dinner are exquisite.

They brought us a cold tee and some snacks when it was hot and warm milk when it was cold. The attention to detail was insane. Breakfast was fantastic with slight variations every day.
