The bus stop was right outside the doorstep which was great as we didn’t have a car. The apartment was cosy, functional and newly renovated. Christine the owner was so friendly and helpful. She also kindly picked us up and dropped us back to ferry when we left .

Host lives on site, so very convenient for keys and commun. Apartment was very clean and well appointed.

We stayed in one of the Stable Cottages. Our Stable Cottage was the ideal retreat. It was in an idyllic location very close to the beach. It was extremely quiet and peaceful down a country lane. Nigel's detailed instructions made it easy to find the cottage. The cottage was very well equipped and lacked nothing in the way of facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable.There were plenty of towels provided. We liked the wet room instead of a traditional bathroom. The milk and eggs left in the fridge for us were a nice touch. Nigel was a very attentive host and keen to make sure all his guests were happy. We felt welcome.

The ambience and comfort for my family and I was beyond exception. The host was great and went out of her way to make us comfortable.

El Shanklin Villa está a solo 2 minutos a pie de las playas de Shanklin y del barranco Shanklin Chine. Estos apartamentos están ubicados en una mansión victoriana con jardín. Attention to detail - the unit was loaded with every small thing u might need. Hot tub was a added advantage. It has jacuji in one of the bathrooms as well. The proprty was near to beach & comes with a reserved parking space - this was so far the best airbnb concept type units i have stayed in uk. They accommodated an early check in request as well. Very accommodating. I must stay 10/10 from my side. The unit has 3 bedrooms well enough to host a family. Everything was perfect from start to end. Would like to visit again in future.

ROSE COTTAGE, que cuenta con vistas al jardín, dispone de alojamiento con terraza y patio a unos 11 km de Castillo de Osborne. What a fantastic place to stay. Really homely, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is conveniently located and with parking right in front of the house which certainly isn't a given on the Isle of Wight. It has a lovely patio where you can enjoy alfresco dining weather permitting. The host was absolutely lovely and provided us with a ferry discount code as well as a welcome pack with bread juice milk and even a bottle of wine and some chocolates. Communication was excellent too. I would highly recommend staying at the Rose Cottage. It is like home away from home.
