Spacious living room with a well equipped, open kitchen. Modern design and an astonishing view. Loved the electric fireplace. Great location. Felt comfortable throughout and can warmly recommend this accommodation.

Communication with the host was clear and simple. The accommodation was in great condition and very clear. They thought about all the extras. The kitchen was even equipped with coffee, oil, salt, etc. making it convenient to cook simple meals. Many great restaurants in walking distance. The host leaves a very comprehensive guide with tips and restaurants that made our stay even better. Little extras like the children's play area, a bluetooth speaker in the apartment and Netflix account made it really feel like a kids paradise.

The apartment was really nice and with a lot of space for 4 people. It has all the facilities you need, including the parking spot. It's well located and the owner was really kind and helpful with the info and clarifications needed even when we arrived really late on Friday. I'd recommend it 100% and we'll come back for sure!

modern, comfortable, large and clean apartment on the outskirts of the village close to ski area. magnificent view from balcony on countryside. good kitchen equipment en nice sauna facilities. village is nice and relaxed with a few restaurants and some ski shops.

Very peaceful, quiet area, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or playing around in the snow. The property is very clean and well equipped. The owner greeted us and is very friendly and welcoming.

The Hansens family was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Aside from having one of the best locations in Altastenberg, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and forests, the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere. A great place to relax and take wonderful hikes. I am certainly going to return! In case you plan on driving there with an electric vehicle, there is a charging station in the hotel parking lot.

Great location overlooking the bobsleigh run and over the valley. High-end furnishings and comfortable beds. Best place we've stayed at so far in Winterberg. 10 mins walk, up a steep hill to the Bikepark. We were lucky to have the building to ourselves, so was quiet and restful. A lot of large younger groups use it at the weekends and can be noisy in the late evenings.

From the perspective of a solo bikepark visitor: nice location, safe storage for the bike, private parking spot, very complete apparment, good communication with owner. Would book again!
