Its a reslly s grate hotell, confortable, clean and good rooms, grate brakfast, good location. Staff is werry frendly and open and helpfull. They speek good english, and really go the extra mile to help you out and that you are confortable. I been in some hotell in Almaty before i come her, i will for shure bee comming back here. Perhaps a good tip is too order taxi thru hotell in front of your a rival

The best thing I appreciated was the Park around hotel, I did need it to calm down nerves. Also the hotel itself was comfortable and spacious, no noise ot trouble. Restourant was really good with a lot of options for breakfast and high quality of products for eves.

Very comfortable and amazing value for money. Super clean and the staff was very helpful, especially the young man working the night shifts. He was super cool throughout my stay.

All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Some of them speak great English, and even for those who don't, it was always smooth using any simple app on the phone like Google Translate. I was especially impressed that they individually remember for example how I like things in the room, or a question I asked yesterday, and then they were consistent and even proactive about it tomorrow. Really fantastic and much better than other hotels. Many thanks!

When we first stumbled upon this flat , it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. (Host Name) is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible. Very kind and helpful staff, just loved them. Great rooms with comfortable beds, lockers, personal light. It has great common spaces with tv, kitchens etc. Everything is sparkling clean. They provide washing machine, kitchen utensils, two towels and many other things. I just loved this place! Worth staying for a longer time!

I had a really good stay. Clean room, good location and quite. The breakfast was really nice. Nuri was really kind and help me a lot with organizing my tour in Almaty. I booked a tour with the manager and it was really good!
