The hotel is perfect. We had an amazing time. The menu is small but the quality it's perfect. And also accepted our request outside the menu always. Thanks a lot for your staff specially John, Micaela, Eduardo, Julio & Nico and the other receptionist who checked us in. Was the best hotel we had been overall in Barcelona. Big congrats for your team, hotel, we had a perfect stay! You made us feel like home.

Good location, comfortable bed, spoilt for choice breakfast and the staff were supper helpful. And on top of all this the spa facilities were just what you would need after a day in the hot weather.

All the facilities were exceptional, staff was very friendly and no small thing was a bother for them. It was one of the best hotels we ever stayed at ! Beds very comfortable, great close ameneties very well positioned, within walking distance from Arc De Triumph ! Banksy street art mesum it's next to the hotel. Great shops and good restaurants. Highly recommend ! Good for couples, families, groups of friends. Roof Terrace on top floor sold us.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We were traveling with our 3 children and booked the family room. Beautiful space, immaculately clean, perfectly serviced. Couldn’t have expected more. The staff is very efficient and very friendly. Amal from guest relations is a true gem. The food was great, the service at restaurant was excellent. We received a turn-down service every day without requesting it, which is very important to us. Couldn’t be happier. We stayed at 5 different hotels during our visit to Spain. El Palace is by the far the best of the best. One of the very few hotels that ticks all the boxes. Highly recommended.
