The villa was amazing and so spacious, very clean, big pool and kitchen. Large water dispenser was also a really nice feature. The staff was really helpful-coordinated massages, rides, and the breakfast was cooked right in the villa. we had a wonderful time

Our stay here exceeded our expectations and we regret that we could only stay one night (we chose this property because of its proximity to the airport the next day). The place is very pleasant and the family who run it is super friendly and interested in every guest. We felt like family here and were happy to exchange more than just a few words with the owners. Room spacious, stylishly decorated and clean. Breakfast very tasty, served to all guests in the dining room or on the terrace. Water, cafe/tea at your disposal. The owners are helpful with scooter/car reservations or with choosing a good place for dinner. Close to the beach from where you can enjoy Balinese sunsets. Minispa (massages) available on site.

The villa was clean and well kept. We liked the spacious rooms and the good-size private pool. It was really nice having all the space for our family of 4. The team of staff was really wonderful and looked after us very well. The chef Made, cooked us amazing Indonesian meals, and the other member of staff Ktut always greeted us with a big smile as she attended to us.

Loved the food, especially Jala restaurant and the Salmon Tataki from Alu. But what blew me away was the staff especially Jusuf, Tomy from the villa team, Dipta from Concierge and Mr Artana our driver. The service and care we received was EXCEPTIONAL and I am very very grateful for the experience. From the moment you step into the resort, you will be well taken care of. I highly recommend a stay here at Four Seasons Jinbaran Bay if you are travelling to bali !
