All staff seemed so happy and friendly. This made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The resort is quiet and the views are simply breathtaking. Rooms are clean, contemporary and very private. Fantastic pool(s) and our 4 year old daughter absolutely loved the tree house kids club. It was huge and filled with activities for the little ones, with super friendly nannies looking after them. If we knew that the facilities were so good, particularly the kids club, we would have stayed in Renaissance much longer. No other hotels in the price range can compete. We will guaranteed return next time we visit Bali.

Super friendly, nice location to Padang Padang beach and Uluwatu town. Lots of added complimentary touches. All staff were accommodating and really made us welcome. The poolside is very relaxing and well decorated. The grande poolside room was dreamy.

Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and to Bingin beach. Staff is extremely helpful - they arranged for us scooter straight. Rooms are sweet and nicely decorated :)

Location can't be better, the cleanliness was absolutely on point and the staff went above and beyond for everything. The hotel has just 10 rooms so by the end of the stay the staff knows all your individual preferences :). The food options are limited but all excellent. Note it is a vegan and pescatarian property.

Fabulous little hideaway in a beautiful location. We loved the garden, the rooms and the pool. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The little beach is a short walk down the cliff and is stunning. We hired a scooter which was easy to get around. A couple of restaurants were recommended and they were fabulous, Banana Lounge next door was a great spot to chill out at and drink cocktails and swim. Laggas was an incredible Asian fusion restaurant. Really lovely location and so quiet and calm yet nearby to every thing.

Nagyon szép belső kialakítású butik hotel, kényelmes, de nem túl nagy szobákkal. A személyzet nagyon kedves és a reggeli is nagyon finom. Padang Padang Beach gyalog 30 perc, Bingin Beach 15 perc, sok lépcsővel.
